Does this work with wordpress 3.3.2? I want people to be able to post and I don’t see the box coming up for people to do that. Do I have to do something else?
]]>copy/pasted directly from this https://wpshout.com/wordpress-submit-posts-from-frontend/ onto my child theme of K2. when click submit form, shows page unchanged, only on hard refresh do i see it has been posted.
tried your plugin, worked perfectly: shows new post immediately on form submit. how do you do it? i need to know as i want to hard code the form into my theme.
]]>Hi !
I have copied the plugin files manually from GitHub and activated the plguin(Could not albe to download .zip file. Error:Bad gateway. You should also check it) . I have configured all the options successfully . But I am getting this error ,
when I try to make a test post on front end.
Warning: array_filter() [function.array-filter]: The first argument should be an array in /public_html/wp-includes/post.php on line 2464
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /public_html/wp-includes/post.php:2464) in /public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 934
Can you help me with this
]]>Okay, so what I really want to do is have my users choose two separate categories. One is the country and the other is their sex. I.e., my post would be under the categories of Female and United States. My site is https://doppeldreamer.com
I edited posthaste.php by basically copy/pasting the first category dropdown code. Obviously I am not a coder, lol.
So here’s what I have right now:
[Code moderated as per the Forum Rules. Please use the pastebin]
It shows up on the form just beautifully but the post only gets assigned to one category. In this case, it is the second (sex), unless I change something (like the name).
Clearly I’m doing something wrong but I’ve looked through the codex and cannot for the life of me figure out how to fix it.
Can anyone help if I ask with a pretty please?
Thanks and best wishes,
Kristen
Secondary question:
Will this work with WP 3.1?
Hello everybody,
is there a way to make the form provided by the posthaste plugin to show in a position that is not before the loop?
I mean, it would be perfect if someone widgetized this plugin so that you could make the form appear everywhere you could add a widget…
Do you think there would be any problems in doing so?
Any ideas or suggestions are really appreciated…
]]>Hi there-
I love this idea! I’ve implemented it on my test blog and it seems to work fine with WP 3.01 (also running BuddyPress). There are some things about those themes I don’t really care for and this was all I really wanted. lol
Quick question… is it possible to implement the post date selection?
I know it wasn’t part of the Prologue theme (I’ve used that and P2) but I’ve been trying unsuccessfully to implement that.
Any thoughts on this?
Thanks and best wishes,
Kristen
