In the creation page of a post, is it possible to default to the checkbox for publication in the queue?
]]>First of all, thank you for the nice plugin! It is going to be very helpful for my site. The only thing I need to change is the visibility of the menu item when the queue is empty. I would like it to appear at all times as this will help users understand how the site works before actually using it.

Is there a way to change the order of the queue? E.g. in my queue are 5 posts. Now I have a post that should go out next, how would I be able to add it to the first position?
