This plugin works exactly as intended. Simple but very helpful. I would recommend if you plan to mention posts within posts.

This is one of my favorite plug-ins because it makes it so easy to link to other pages of content on the site. It’s particularly useful for pages that summarize and provide access to posts of related content. Kudos to the author for picking up this great utility, extending it, and actively maintaining it!
