]]>Hello. I have a plugin “bonus for woo”. It conflicts with your plugin. I get this error: Postman: wp_mail has been declared by another plugin or theme, so you won’t be able to use Postman until the conflict is resolved.
My plugin uses the wp_mail function to send notifications to users by email.
How can I fix the code so that there is no conflict and emails are sent using your plugin. Thank you!
]]>Hi, we are using a payment plugin on our website (Paymattic Pro). When a customer makes a payment, 2 emails are sent out. Confirmation email goes to customer, payment notice goes to admin. We just noticed that even though the email to admin is sent from the admin email address, if a customer has a typo in their email address, the admin email fails to send. As an example, [email protected] instead of .com. It doesn’t make sense why a typo on the customer’s side would cause the admin email to fail. We have reached to Paymattic and they have tested extensively and cannot replicate the error. They have gone through all of our settings as well which are ok. Is there a filter of some sort with your plugin that would prevent the email from sending?

]]>I seem to be stuck in a loop with OAuth. I’ve had Postman working fine for some time but today a password was changed and now I need to perform the Google OAuth again.
When I complete the authentication inside the wizard I’m directed to the normal Google login screen but after signing in I’m redirected back to the Postman home screen (not the wizard) and am told that I still need to complete the OAuth sign in.
I’ve wiped the plugin, generated a new secret key in the API screen but this doesn’t seem to have done anything.
“You have configured OAuth 2.0 authentication, but have not received permission to use it. Grant permission with Google.”

Hi, Are you changing the receiveed from NINJA FORM plugin REPLY-TO email address?
Ninja Form say has [email protected] reply to from to email field
The sending headers are reply-to: [email protected] <[email protected]>
Then when it is landing on Outlook, the Outlook is trying to use “example@” as reply to :/
I saw this issue mentioned in a topic from more than 2 years ago.
At that time it was not easily possible to test the fallback sending possibility.
It still seems not to been have implemented.
In my opinion it should be an essential to test both main and fallback if you are trying to send a test email.
Can this please on the list for the developers to implement?
thanks.
All emails being sent from our website is failing with the following error:
“Code: 403, Message: Forbidden, Body: {“errors”:[{“message”:”The from address does not match a verified Sender Identity. Mail cannot be sent until this error is resolved. Visit https://sendgrid.com/docs/for-developers/sending-email/sender-identity/ to see the Sender Identity requirements”,”field”:”from”,”help”:null}]}”
We have been using the same settings for the plugin for our two other websites: https://www.rootlab.com.au and https://www.rootlab.bio. It works perfectly in these two websites.
]]>I have created a google cloud project and all my test mails are being delivered (thanks!).
The ‘From’ address is correct:
I noticed this in each header:

I would like to replace ‘unknown’ but am not sure if it matters?
Thanks in advance

I got this error message for only one delevery while sendind a batch of more than 200 e-mail, all others were ok. This batch of email was automaticaly generated using “Notification” plugin.
I use it for long time, it’s the first time I face this issue.

I have the same setup at different sites without any problem.

I’ve used this plugin connected to Gmail in one project quite succesfully and for a long time. Now working on a new project I wanted to do the same but we are having issues with Gmail oAuth. At first it works ok, emails are getting delivered but after some time (a day or so) it stops working and asks to re-authenticate.
On the other project it just works from day one without any extra action. Any ideas about this? I believe this could be more related to Gmail settings than this plugin but maybe you have seen the same situation and are able to help.
Thank you!

Hello,
I’m using your plugin for my customer and I got this PHP deprecation notice in the logs:
PHP Deprecated: Implicit conversion from float NAN to int loses precision in /wp-content/plugins/post-smtp/Postman/PostmanUtils.php on line 222
Plugin 2.9.9
WordPress 6.6.2

Is there a way to tell POST SMTP to send emails using wp_mail() but not log them?
We are sending some important mails (I like to log them) and some very unimportant mails like a reminder e.g. and I would like to exclude those from adding unimportant mails to the log.
So it would be perfect if there would be a token within wp_mail() that excludes them.
Or I could even hardcode it – to ignore selected SUBJECTS (if there are hooks).
Thanks

More info that may help?– /home/queerlya/www/wp-includes/pluggable.php:174
Pluggable is part of the core, so no idea what to do this time. There aren’t many plugins on this site but deactivating them did not make this message go away.
We did send a successful email test through, so if this a false positive?
Thanks
]]>Hi Guys,
Been using your plugin for ages and it works great. I’ve just moved our website to a new server and now the SMTP error is Incorrect authentication data but doesn’t give much more info.

Wondered if you had any ideas?

]]>Hello,
I set up a ticketing service with Fooevents and I use Post SMTP to send e-mails which works fine. But because of the sending limit, I want to have my Wordrpess mails or other Plugins to not use SMTP but keep the default sending method like before I installed Post SMTP.
I don’t want my update e-mails etc to have my “ticketing@blbla” e-mail but the original “wordpress@” email.
Thx for any help.
