This and email users plugings create only continously text (PDF) without any line breaks. is this normal? How can I avoid this?

I love this easy to use Plugin. My dream would be to have posts alphabetically sorted from A to Z. Possible?

I’ve uncommented

define(“DOMPDF_ENABLE_REMOTE”, true);

in dompdf_config.custom.inc.php but in the downloaded PDF the image is still nothing more then a working link to the originating site. I’ve tried to set the default paper to ‘a4’ but in the site it remains ‘letter’. This suggests that dompdf_config.custom.inc.php is not parsed. Any suggestions how to double check that my custom config is parsed correctly?

Hello, I really like this plugin’s idea.

I run a wordpress(org) site that is basically static pages. very few if any actual “posts”.

I believe the author of this plugin mentioned working on a version of this that works for pages, any updates on this? I would really be interested.

On the odd chance that he/she is not able to keep up with the support, does anyone know how hard it would be to make this recognize pages instead of posts? Is this something a novice could do?

Hi,

The plugin is working fine for all wordpress posts with text based content. But any posts that contain images within its content don’t get exported at all. Only the post’s first image and post title shows up in the exported file.

I don’t care if it doesn’t export images from a post but it should export all the content(text) from that particular post.

Any solution to fix it?

I am trying to change the visitor export pdf size to a6 format for ereader.

I went to dompdf_config.custom.inc.php in dompdf folder and changed the value of DOMPDF_DEFAULT_PAPER_SIZE to “a6” and removed the comment slashes but no result.

The settings on the plugins ‘download PDF’ page where I end clicking the download button seems not to be related to visitor downloads of posts?

I also have a minor problem changing the name of the visitor download file to Posttitle followed by category name (default is posttitle)

Is there a way to alter the post query and have it order them ASC instead of DEC?

Basically I want it to be a flyer showing the closest post (by date) first and then go to the farthest post out.

Hi,

the [pdfex] short code exports all posts, and the ‘add download link to all posts’ function does exactly what it sais.

I need a download button on just one post, one that I specify.

it would be great if you add a [pdfex_single] (or something) shortcode that generates a PDF of just the page or post it is used on.

Is that possible? Is there a workaround to use now?

recently I installed this plugin and got PDF file which is filled in question mark, not characters.
I assume it is related in Asian font (especially Korean), but have no way to diagnose.

Hi,

I just installed the ‘Post PDF Export’ plugin on my website. When I create a PDF all the images in the post are replaced by a rectangular with a cross in it saying ‘Image nog found’.
However, if I double-click on one of the images, the image is showing in a seperate window.
Am I doing something wrong?

It would be fantastic if you could tweak this to work with Woocommerce so customers could generate a pdf from a product page. It’s a much requested feature from our clients and there’s nothing like this available at the moment.

My blog is for song lyrics so there are line breaks at the end of each line. However when I export to PDF the lyrics in each post export as a single line. Is there a way to format the text the same as the way it is displayed on the blog?

I just installed this plugin and got the following error when trying to activate.

Hi,

I am wanting to add an image to the template body, however I can’t seem to get it to work.
When I export a pdf from a post, the place where the image is supposed to be is replaced with a “image cannot be found”.

When I add the image and save the template the markup changes. In the visual editor, when amending a template, the image is there. However once saved and a check in Text view, the quotes have additional ascii values in there.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I managed – via Custom Style – to make a page break before every Post and it would be great to have a shortcode for [post_number] and an ID to customize that as a Page Number.
