Everything is updated. The only thing I did was move site from 2023.alcornswoodworking.com to alcornswoodworking.com using a plugin. Photos enlarge on mobile fine on the old website. But on alcornswoodworking.com they only enlarge on desktops and not on mobile. Cache has been cleared as well. I even tried rolling back the Elementor version to match 2023.alcornswoodworking.com but that wasn’t the issue. https://2023.alcornswoodworking.com/gallery/ is the portfolio that is working fine on mobile. Any suggestions?

I am using this plugin with elementor page builder.

I want to set custom order for portfolio categories in the filter. How can I achieve this functionality?

Like “All | Category 1 | Category 2 | Category 3….”

When I use the category-filter only posts that are displayed on the first page are filtered and shown and this could be none, when a post that fits appears (because ot the limit of shown posts) on another page. When I click to the next page, all posts over the max post-number were shown without use of the filter. When I use the filter it does not filter all available posts, only those who were displayed on that page. I now set the limit to 100 (post_per_page -> max) in the post_grid_widget.php, so that the problem does not show up, because there are no other pages. But I would like to get back to show a smaller amount of posts and the pagination. I would be fine, if there is a solution for this issue.

We get this error message when loading the TinyMCE within an extra plugin.
The shortcode part of your plugin only works for post.php and post-new.php hook. (classes/Powerfolio_Shortcode_Generator.php:L25-27

It would be nice if there were a filter/action to define own hooks. There are some plugins like GravityForms which also include the TinyMCE.

I’m having a problem with images under portfolio pages created with Gutenberg. Images are bigger than screen in mobile, they aren’t responsive. Trying to change alignment and size doesn’t work.

All other post under my blog have responsive images with no problems, but images under portfolio have the related issue.

I think it’s due the latest plugin update, because before images were responsive.

Any help?

When displaying a category – other than ALL. Scrolling the images refreshed with ALL the images. Before the user can select one!

Work if you remove the pagination…

Sometime the pagination works.. Sometimes it doesn’t and results in images with not gaps..

I have a portfolio with several items, or ‘projects’, that I would like to display in the homepage by groups of six. So the grid layout consists of 3 columns and two rows, and ideally, there would be a navigation mechanism, with dots, side arrows, or both by which a visitor could then move forward or backwards to see the next group of six items.

The current widget can limit items, but it does not provide for navigation. While the Carousel widget does give me navigational dots, it does not display the items in a grid, nor does it specify the number of columns to move forward.

Do you have any suggestion to get around this?

Fortunately I was able to retrieve the content of the site’s different portfolios, however I have an old version of Elementor.

When I update Elementor, all portfolios disappear.

I have a couple of questions, actually.

First, the spanish translation is not working. For example, on Next and previous buttons. Where should I locate the translation files?

Second question, I have several categories, as you can see on my page. Initially, ALL is selected, and the first 40 posts show up. However, when I press one of the categories, it just filters those 40 posts. But if there is an older post of that category, that was not on the first page of results, it won’t show up, giving the impression that there are fewer posts on that category than there really are.

Am I doing something wrong?

I’m using the Powerfolio (portfolio for elementor) plugin and it’s great. There’s just one thing – is there a possibility to change the link of the Project Item to an external URL?

Currently I have the options to link each project to an image (Powerfolio lightbox or Elementor default lightbox) or a Projects Details Page. As this portfolio is to display my published articles, it would be much more useful if I can link each item to an external link. Is this possible?

I have the free version at the moment and would be happy to upgrade to Pro if this feature were available there as I really need a portfolio that links externally for each item. Is there any way I can add external links to each item rather than a link to an image or extra page?

I have used Powerfolio for years now and it has been fantastic to work with. But today I decided to update wordpress and Elementor to the latest version and all my portfolio post disappeared.

Is there a way to get them back? There is a lot of copy there that I didn’t have backup unfortunately.

I am facing an issue while using this plugin. On my website, this plugin conflicts with the Elementor plugin. Every time I have to disable this “PowerFolio” plugin to edit the page otherwise the error popup shows “Sorry content was not found on your page“.

I have Elementor v3.13.2 version, WordPress 6.2 running
“Blocksy Child ” theme and Powerfolio’s Version is 2.3.4.
