I am using multiple popups on my website and they still work on “older” pages.
But new popups won’t work, they don’t show. And even older popups don’t work on new sites.

I deactivated all plugins and even my divi-child theme. But that didn’t solve the problem.

Hello.

I have a popup where I show the cart both on mouse over the cart icon and on click.

It works perfectly on all product pages built with DIVI THEME BUILDER.

But on non-product pages: shop, home, 1de1, etc… it doesn’t work. In some of them it works but badly when clicking because it is not positioned as it should.

The Elegant themes support team tells me to ask you.

Hi, I need help with my pop-up. After visit my website if you click on any Get a quote button then the popup should show.

It is a global pop-up that contains a Divi form. This is opened without any problem through a button or a link. However for the very first time visit when the form is filled out or not, the submit button is clicked the page is reloading without submission. But from the 2nd time it’s working fine. I have tested the effectiveness of the form without being pop-up, and it works fine. The problem is only when it’s the pop-up. I tried to solve with different ways even remove all the plugins, cache but nothing solve this issue.

Please help me and waiting for your response.

My team purchased the full license of the plugin Carousel for Divi and it’s active as Premium, however, when I add 2 or more carousels, it doesn’t work, leaving both blank spaces where the carousels should be.

I also tested the autoplay and it doesn’t work so I’m not sure what’s missing. I’m using Divi 4.26.1.

I’d appreciate some quick help in revolving this issue, but for context, I told as the documentation told: using dc-carousel dc-spacing-5 dc-autoplay

Hello,

When I click on the button on my mobile phone, it should open a popup of the plugin (Popups for Divi).

On the desktop it opens but not on the mobile phone. I have seen that this is the function (defer javascript execution) when I turn that on in wp rocket.

I was trying to put our reservations into a popup, but it seems to only render the text, and none of the script output. Am I missing something or is this just outside the scope of this plugin?

I just installed this plugin. I’ve got a new WP, a new Divi and freshly installed plugin. There is NO ‘This is popup” switch anywhere. Please anyone?

Hello, we are doing ADA accessibility testing for a client and found that the popups plugin and Divi are creating a “duplicate id” error with the id: “et-boc”

1. <div id="et-boc" class="et-boc"> – main content div
2. <div id="et-boc" class="dm-base-context"> – div where popup html is rendered when popup is open

Would someone have context on whether this is an issue with Divi itself or something that the plugin might be creating? Any possible solutions or workarounds would be greatly appreciated as well.

I’m creating a website that has a pop-up to show team members. I installed popups for divi, created the section, added 5 rows : 1 with the title, 3 with 5 columns each containing a blurb and one row with 4 columns, each containing a blurb.

The problem is that only the title and 2 lines of blurbs show.

The site is under construction so I can give access if need be.

Hi I can’t edit on the front of the site when using the popup. I also want to make the contact form smaller and there is no way to be able to click anywhere and it closes.

There’s a simple redirect script being used in a Popups for Divi popup, but it doesn’t work. It works perfectly in a test page with no popup.

The script is a redirect to another page and has a counter that counts down to zero, then executes the redirect. The counter doesn’t count. It stays frozen at 9 seconds.

It appears that this plugin is incompatible with WPForms Signature AddOn. No signature can be applied within the popup.

I am using version 3.0.5 of this plugin and version Version 1.11.0?of the Signature AddOn.

Can the author please look into this issue as well?

Clicking the close button, or any of the other links/buttons on the “rate us notification” does not close the notification forever. It’s still there on the next page load.

1. Divi contact module (click on “KONTAKT ” is not working in popup, when I disable popup it works…
It shows alert message “Make sure you have filled in all required fields.” but they are filled. popup closes by itself then, but stays filled and not sending. Could it be cache related?

2. In MOBILE menu when I click on KONTAKT nothing happens – it should open the popup with contact

Hi, I have created an popup to use as the menu for mobile and tablet devices. But i have an issue with one page on my website where the links in the popup dosn’t seem work. As soon as i am adding the shortcode to WooCommerce account page [woocommerce_my_account] none of the links in the popup works. On all the other pages it works fine, and also as soon as i remove the shortcode none of the links are clickable. Please help! ??

(If you check the website, inspect in tablet/mobile view. otherwise the popup wont show).

Hi! Great plug-in. Works great for me using the Visual/Modern Builder. The section hides accordingly to how’s displayed and shown in the builder but ..

I happen to also be using the Classic Builder (Enable The Latest Divi Builder Experience is toggled off) and it’s not triggering the popup. The section still appears as normal on the frontend when the Popup is toggled on (Section Settings > Popup Tab (fourth tab) >This is a Popup toggle). I even tried assigning the section with the class “popup“. It does indeed hide the section on the frontend but doesn’t trigger the pop-up.

Are there any workarounds for the Classic Builder or is it just not compatible? Thanks.

Hi! I have created popups in the Bio section of the About page, so when you click Read Name, the popup displays. That is working fine, but I have a button and an external link within the popup and neither is working. Does this popup allow links and buttons to work within it?

I have tested the plugin on another site and it works fine. I cannot get it to work on this site. I have created a staging site and deactivated all plugins and it still does not work.

The only difference with this site and the other is this one is a child theme.

Do you have any insight as to why this would not work?

Using “Popups for Divi” and made a nice popup quite easily! But, I don’t know how to get this to appear on other webpages?

My initial idea was to save the Section to the Divi Library, then place the section on the pages where I want the popup to appear. But I can’t save the Section into my Divi library.

So now I’m not sure how to accomplish this…it’s a rather fancy popup and I don’t want to have to rebuild it on every single webpage, ack! Does anybody know how I can do this? Thanks!

I have 20 different buttons and I have one pupup divi contact form. The Subject of the Form, should reflect a value realted to the button that has been pressed.

I have found https://divimode.com/knowledge-base/divi-areas-script-generator/ and I tried to use this script to automatically hide a certain field and show another <div id=”formheader”> tag with the read only information of the hidden field.

I have not found out how I could make the dynamictext really something related to the button thjat has been pressed. So far the script is working ans the form is presented with a read only title/subject that is called Hello Worlds.

I tried already to add on the button a link parameter like this #mypluginid?title=test and then used this script https://www.sitepoint.com/get-url-parameters-with-javascript/ to get the value from the url, but the popup does not work anymore then.

Any other idea how that I can have the value of the button id that was pressed in the scirpt above?
