Can I add a free shipping code slice if I create a spin-the-wheel pop-up? If yes, do I need another plugin?
Is it possible to add a buy one get one for a 50% discount code? Do I need an extra plugin?
I use another plugin for a rewards/loyalty points system. Does your plugin integrate with any free plugins? Do you provide a loyalty system plugin that awards points to users based on how much money they spend? Can this also be integrated into the wheel?
Is it possible to let the users play only 1 time and not spam the wheel? Can filters be applied?

Hi, as far as I know the exit intent on desktop is triggered when the mouse cursor goes above the website screen.

I’m wondering if exit intent works for mobile devices as well.

Ok, I just went onto your site to create an exit popup & here are some bugs.

1. I changed the text to blue & it doesn’t save after pressing ok & it keeps inserting a hex color. I’ve done it at least 4 times.

3. Also, the preview image looks slightly wider than the actual design. Not by much, but I can see it.

I also wish you had the hex color pallet there inside of those few colors when you go to change the text, background, etc.

Hi, I just created a popup to show on desktop and mobile on one website.

I used a template provided by Poptin, and although the popup shows correctly, the button that was supposed to be in the popup doesn’t show on any devices, nor in Incognito mode on Chrome.

I also tried to edit the button by setting the “bring to front” option but no luck. It shows perfect on backend, does not load on frontend.

really love this plugin, but the pop-up I built is only showing to me and only when I am logged in as administrator. No way to see it for normal visitors, but is what I need.
I really checked every setting, and can’t find why the pop-up is acting this way.
Already tried to delete cache several times.

I’m trying to use a popup from another site that is being rebuilt on another server, with a temp ( see which) URL. i have installed the html code script in the header and can see it there ( other places as well, to get rid of ). It’s not showing up on the rebuilding site. can you look at it? The original site is https://wingsofrescue.org/

So Poptin works great currently for PC, the link works perfectly and it’s all very well streamlined and well made (thank you!), however, team@poptin, my issue is that the link click I’ve set up that brings up the plugin isn’t working on mobile only (fine on PC), and i’m greeted with;

}

Any ideas? If you go to the link I’ve provided and click on one of the waiting list windows, you should be able to recreate the error. Many thanks!

I understand that Poptin popups can be created in nglish, Mandarin, Portuguese, Spanish, Hindi, Arabic, Russian, Hebrew, German, Japanese, Italian, Polish, Thai, Ukrainian, Dutch, Greek, Hungarian, Romanian, Persian, Korean etc.

My question is about a single site, which has multiple languages, through plugins like WPML or Polylang etc. and wants to display translation of a popup to visitors visiting the site in the different languages. So that visitors going through the English version of the site see the English version of the popup, while those going through the German version of the site see the German version of the popup.

Most of these multilingual plugins allow on a single instance of WordPress enabling different languages on different domains, subdomains or (single domain) URL slugs.

I have AMP installed which does not allow me to use pop ups, I need to know if an integration with both plugins is possible

I am enjoying the plugin so far, but I’ve identified this plugin as creating duplicate requests to ?wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments which is effecting the load times. Could someone please investigate and double-check this?

The request is already notoriously slow as it is, so would really like to avoid the duplicate requests.

I am looking for a new form maker plugin that will hook a form on my wordpress site to Pardot so that contacts that fill out a form will be populated into Pardot. I see other CRMs listed but not Pardot

I only installed the plugin for www.remarpro.com and found out that it has completely broke my WordPress Dashboard. I can’t login into my Dashboard and getting this too many error redirect error. My WordPress installation is nginx based.

My poptin looks funny! There’s white bars on the graphic and is unreadable. Tech said there’s an issue with the CSS, but I don’t even know where to begin. Anyone have a CSS I can add to repair?
