There is no setting for making exit popup show only like once in a month or so?
We can’t spam visitors on every try of exiting site.
If you have recently updated the plugin and you’re getting error “The popper block is not registered”, please try to deactivate and reactivate Popper plugin.
The error will be solved.
]]>Hello,
Has this plugin been abandoned, there haven’t been any updates for a long time and it appears to have broken since the WordPress 6.5 update?
I had a popup that used to display after a few seconds on page load, positioned central, with a black opacity overlay and able to close with the click of the ‘X’ button, or anywhere off the popup. Now it appears on page load, top left of the screen, without an overlay at all and it can’t be closed.
The admin screen now also lists all post types, but not a list of popups.
Can you let me know when you plan to fix these issues, or if you have abandoned development of the plugin.
Thank you
]]>Hello,
Is it currently possible, or do you have a code snippet to add display scheduling for popups?
Popup Maker has this code snippet to add this function: https://docs.wppopupmaker.com/article/192-scheduled-popups#use-custom-code-for-making-a-scheduled-popup
Popup Maker also have a premium?Schedules for Popups Extension which allows this function, with the option for adding office hours – which is exactly the function I need. So, specific days of the week, and set start and end times for those days.
It would be very much appreciated if you could assist me with this.
Thanks,
Mark
]]>When I select ‘post category’ as the display rule, I am not able to choose from any of my categories.
However, when I select ‘posts’ option, I am able to choose the posts for display.
I would like to restrict the display by categories, please what can I do?
]]>Hello, I’ve used your plugin to create popups a few times now and it is great.
Having said that, I’ve recently used it on a development project (offline) and the trigger ‘ On anchor click’ doesn’t work.
I’ve added the anchor to a text link element, but it doesn’t open the popup.
Thanks,
Mark
]]>For some reason the popper popup triggers the magnifix lightbox plugin that comes with my theme (flatsome) when I click it. I think this might be due to the data-attributes or a class. But I have not found the culprit. Maybe you can have a look. Let me know if you need a testing instance, I will be happy to set one up for you.
Thank you
]]>I’ve been testing this tool on our dev website. We were on version: 0.1.6 with the latest version of WordPress 5.8.3. We upgraded to popper version: 0.2.2 . All of our previously created popups have been corrupted: “This block contains unexpected or invalid content. Attempt Block Recovery.” I’ve tried the block recovery, and that did not fix it. Luckily, this was on a dev server and not a production server. Also luckily, we only had six or seven popups. I can rollback and/or recreate them with the new version, but I thought I’d let you all know that this is a major pain and bug. Unfortunately, at this time, given our project timelines, I will not be available to help troubleshoot in great detail. Although, such a big bug does make me a bit apprehensive using this in a production live environment. I don’t want someone to accidentally upgrade the plugin and then cause everything to break.
Otherwise, I love the concept of a block based popup tool. Great idea. It’s helpful for those non tech people to be able to create some popups without code.
