Pop-Up Chop Chop
As of 2022, on June 1st, Chop-Chop company will end support for the Pop-Up Chop Chop plugin. Also, that plugin will no longer be available in WordPress Plugin repo.
]]>This plugin doesn’t seem compatible with PHP 7.4 (maybe?).
After updating PHP, we end up with this error:
[09-Mar-2020 17:20:28 UTC] PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ']', expecting '(' in /home/xyz/public_html/wp-content/plugins/pop-up/admin/includes/chch-live-preview-free/third-party/PluginMetaData.php on line 272
Whenever we create a new pop-up or try to update an existing, an error appears and the editor box functions disappear.
This is the error which occurs upon saving:
Failed to load plugin: chch_lp_keyup_event from url https://apartmentsthewoodlandstexas.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/chch_lp_keyup_event/plugin.min.js
We have the developers license.

After downloading PopUp CC Pro Ultimate, when customizing the pop-up in the content part, the fonts/format/size/font colour are not clickable and I’m not able to choose anything besides the default. Any ideas?
Also, when I publish the pop-up and go to the page, the pop-up shows along with a white empty box attached to it. Either on the side, top or bottom. Looks like a layout bug. This has been tested on 3 different browsers, and it’s all the same.

I’m ready to purchase your plugin as I really like the free version, and would want to use the extra functionalities. However, I have one question regarding the frequency of the pop-ups. If I set the pop up to show weekly, will the pop up show up on a specific day of the week to all users, let’s say on a Wednesday, or will it show up once a week for each user, by tracking their IP or cookies and determining whether they should be served the pop up or not.
Also, if somebody signs up on the newsletter through the pop-up will they continue to see the pop up with the same frequency or is there an option to not display to people that have already submitted their e-mail.
The tool will be used on a website where there are no registered users, simple visitors.

The popup was appearing good but when i add any email to subscribe and click submit it is just loading and displaying “you have been already subscribed” and also I’m not getting any Email notifications to my email. Hi there,
Using the PRO version and the pop up isn’t taking email addresses for us. When testing it doesn’t load properly and I don’t get a notification of subscription on the email address.
Can you look into this?

I’ve created a pop up and completed, in the settings, the email to receive the subscription notifications.
When I test the pop up, I click on the button to validate but nothing happen. It loads, loads, loads… and never confirms. I have to close the pop up and I’ve never received any mail on the defined email.

I d like to have a pop up on my website made with woocommerce and shopkeeper theme. I can translate the popup with WPML on most of page but on the shop page (product archive woocommerce) the 2 pop up appear (french and english��)
there is just one page (woocomerce shop) on the list of PopupCC plugging . So i can’t choose one for english and another for french..
