I bypassed cloudflare, I disabled all my security and cache plugins. I can see the code in the headers. Still wont activate. What a waste of time designing the popup only to waste another half hour finding out their system is broken.

My pop-up had issues – it would only show up on my laptop on safari. It didn’t work on google chrome, desktops, etc. I contacted customer service and they said they could help me *IF* I submitted the question on an online forum (????). When I asked why their customer service couldn’t help me, the representative said they could help me *IF* I paid for the premium version of the plug in.
To me, the plugin is not effective and does not work – plus their website/customer service makes it seems like a scam.

Don’t bother with this it is a waste of time. I set a pop in up it was on the site for one day. Links did not work and then I could no longer access the plugin as every time I tried I just got a “this page does not exist” page. Then the plugin disappeared from the site as well.
