is there going to be a way to create account after order received and add points to account automatically?

Hello all of the sudden we are facing a problem…..

When we enable the plugin it takes a very much time to enter at the cart page….. In other case we do face a critical issue…..
When we do disable the plugin everything works great…. That problem started all of the sudden…. Any suggestion?

i want the points for discount to be allowed to be used along side any coupon, how can we make this happen?

i notice that points are not getting added to guest customers, is there a way the points get assigned to their email address so if they register after making the purchase, the points are available in their ‘my account’ to be used later?

I use plugin and it works ok. Problem is that points are deducted form neto price (without tax) and the on deducted price is added tax. Because of this customer gets more discount than it should.
How can I change settings so it deduct from bruto price (with tax)

I hope you can help me soon, cause this issue is very important to us.

Will the membership be cancelled if the customer did not buy anything for a long period of time? For example 2 years?

Or the membership will always be active no matter the customer’s purchase activity?

I have installed Return Refund and Exchange For WooCommerce plugin but when I change the status from Refund Requested to Refund Approved and finally to Refunded status the customer does not get points deducted, but when I don’t switch to Refund Approved status If I change the Refund Requested status to the refunded status, points will be deducted from the customer.

Altough there is no redeem restriction for checkout when someone tries to redeem more than 60 points at checkout gets the error Please enter some valid points!

Would like to report a bug on the points table tab when changing the number of items to display or do a name search it is returning “A variable mismatch has been detected.”.

I am guessing some nonce are not matching-up on the class-points-log-list-table.php and the WP_List_Table.

Hi, there is the problem in admin page – order information page. I add screnshot down. User create order and use points (10$). Subtotal – 102.97, user paid 92.97, its ok, but I see strage order total(((

Today we received a failed order. In this order, the customer tries to use points to exchange for a product, the points got deducted even when the order fails (as it contains items that needs to be paid by credit card but the credit card has error processing)

May I know how to prevent the points got deducted in future if the order fails?

i explain:
if customer by 1 the A product, he will get 1 point
if customer by 1 the B product (different from A of coz) , he will get 10 points

and about categories :
if customer by 1 product in the A categorie, he will get 1 point
if customer by 1 product in the B categorie, he will get 10 points

I am using the free version of your plugin and something strange happened..

Our setting is that customers will get 1 point per order amount. So meaning that if a customer purchase an amount of $100, he/she will get 100 points.

This works on most of our customers but there is one customer that after we mark the order as completed, her points did not increase… May I know what could be the cause?

In fact, this happens to all her orders… but for other customers, most of them gotten the points after we mark order as completed.

Appreciate if you can share where can I look at for this strange issue?

Version 2.2.0 seems to be incompatible with WooCommerce Gift Cards plugin.

WordPress is installed using Bedrock.
WordPress and all other plugins are up to date.
The theme used is Storefront.
Server Info: Apache.
PHP Version: 8.1.28.
MySQL Version: 5.7.42.

The only solution to make both plugins work together at the moment is to downgrade to version 2.1.5. Downgrading Gift Cards plugin doesn’t change anything.

Hi, how can I sort the points table by points? I click on the little arrow icon to make it sort but it doesn’t do it.
I have a lot of clients and I need to find the ones that have a certain number of points and doing it manually is complicated.

I have installed and configured the plugin with “20€ = 1 point”

I’ve had several orders since and the plugin give 0 points to my cutomers.

Is there anything to do that I’ve forgotten?

Other thing : the currency sign is before the amount and I don’t see anywhere to change this. Yet, in WooCommerce, we have a “Currency position” setting to make this. Why do you not use this parameter?
