I’ve a new problem with POS.
I have activated 2 gateway on settings (pos_cash & pos-epd) but on frontend, it’s not the good gateway who appears, i’ve got cash but the second is Stripe.
i test many settings but always the same result ??

The pos in the loading screen stops loading and freeze at 1500 products. It doesn’t load more than that. I am using the latest version 5.5.4
I have tried reinstalling but nothing happens

I am using both the POS plugin alongside the print manager, and when i print an order. The printed ticket doesn’t have the products sorted by their category. Only by price.

Is there any way to have the basket sort the products into each category.

So lets say if this was a restaurant all the drinks, starters, main courses are all grouped together?

Loving the addon, but found a bug. When adding a product manually to the basket (by clicking the top left +) and then applying a coupon pos crashes with an error 500.

Any idea how to get this fixed? Or is this a shorcoming from woocommerce itself and not POS. Seems the same error is trown when a product is added that is excluded from the coupon use.

I have seen in the feature list that i am supposed to be able to customize the tiles and make them different colors and fonts etc.

However i cannot find an option for it and i am unsure how to do it.

Hello! I’ve just installed your plugin for the first time and I’m wondering if there’s a way to have the POS screen full-screen when we’re using it? Right now, we’ve tried loading the POS with Safari and Google Chrome on our iPads and we can see the top url bar and tabs.

Case: when the Point of Sale plugin is activated, the payment methods that should result from the Mollie Payments plugin are not visible or active anymore.
After deactivating the Point of Sale plugin, the Mollie Payment methods are present again.
I cannot go without the Mollie payment methods, which means I cannot use the POS now.

Is there a way to use restricted coupons also in POS?

E.g. I have coupons which are only ment for specific categories ( e.g. Toys ) , but not applicable for books.
In the webshop this works fine, but in POS the discount is applied to all items.

is there a way to open an Order from Woocommerce, which is “pending” into POS?
Scenario:
A customer orders some items by phone or mail. I do create that order in woocommerce and set it to pending.
The customers comes into the store, I open the order and could add additional items and do the check out process.

The function “show in POS” does not work for me:

Was reading another post on here after a google search and this might do what I want.

Looking to use a barcode scanner which can scan several products and then somehow add those products into a woocommerce basket. Is this possible with this plugin? if so, do you sell the scanners? If not, is there a setup guide?

The total sum in POS differs ofter by 1-3 cents.
This leads to inconsistency in my accounting.

Can you advise when these will be fixed?

I have a fied to register cost ( using a plugin (pro) ) to manage my product cost, margins, etc, and using POS I see It always 0€ the cost so my orders are always 100% profit.

Do you have any solution for this? by the way, I cannot use your plugin Cost of goods, because i′m already using another plugin, premium version, so I need to know how to record the product cost in new orders using POS
