What a shame, product looks really nice, but after editing a few times I keep getting error message and support is not responsive. So I can’t use it. I know its free but I would consider paying if support was available.

Additionally, Syed and the rest of the team are always there to help you with any technical issue (although the interface is pretty straightforward). And the best of it: it’s free!

Worked perfectly for me. Paid for the Pro version. Easy to set up. Looks beautiful. I think it’s more visitor-friendly than pop-ups. Installed 10 days ago, and sign-ups have increased 50%.

I followed instructions to install the plugin, and was able to configure a new template, but it renders an error where the promo box should be on the blog post.
When I contacted their support team, they responded by asking for my site’s admin credentials so they could log in as an admin and debug it. Not acceptable! I provided them with detailed information and screen shots, and they still keep asking for my login.
Why would anybody give their admin credentials to some random support rep? Why can’t they ask me some useful questions, or give me some useful suggestions about what I could try to fix this?

I installed the Feature box lite. Everything went fine until I actually tested whether the Subscribe button in my feature box works or not. It didn’t. I sent an email to their customer support and received a reply with a link to instructions. I had followed the instructions in the first place and replied that it’s just not working. I haven’t heard from them since and it’s been three days.
There are also some serious problems with editing the feature box. This plugin doesn’t seem reliable to me.

I was having an issue with the recent Plugmatter upgrade and Syed went up and above in customer service.
Not only did I receive quick correspondence, but he upgraded the plugin for me and fixed an issue with my WordPress Core Update that kept me from making the update via the WordPress Dashboard myself.
I’m thrilled with the plugin and the customer service.

You wouldn’t get such good featurebox templates for a free version anywhere but with plugmatter. The customization is good enough to get your featurebox suited to your website. This is a must have plugin.

This is the great plugin and easy to use i have used this plugin in my number of wordpress site . for example i have embeded this plugin in my carte cadeau information

I misjudged this plugin at first thinking it was totally non functional as a lite version.
After I wrote a poor review about it, they wrote back explaining the reason why the boxes would not appear in the front-end of my theme.
There is a code one must add to the head file in order to achieve this.
I apologize for the bad review and I now rephrase the whole review giving them a 5 star because as I said it then, the boxes are really pretty and well designed and the support seems to be good as they replied instantly after my review.

It’s an amazing plugin i have ever found on plugin directory for growing email list. It’s very simple and easy to create feature boxes without any headache of writing code to create such beautiful feature box. My favorite template is Elegance, and it supports all the email marketing services including mailpoet, which is what I use.
