Can the DB or list that is used for the requests, that shows up while editing the website, be accessed outside of WordPress and editing the website?

I would like to just VIEW it on an Ipad so not to interfere with my DJ / KJ software on my laptop.

Also, I would like to save the entire list … even ones I have deleted as complete … OR can you add a “COMPLETED” function along with the “DELETE”?

Hello guys… how can I do to change the permissions for this plugin as when I create another user on my website.. for example for my djs… to be seen on the menu.. For now, the plugin shows up only when logged as administrator… but I do not want to give access to everyone to the superadmin, I just want to be able to create a contributor, author or editor user and to be seen on their panel..
