I understand that when a client selects the images they like, then I view the page I can see what they have selected as the images still show what they selected. I want to use the plugin a little different and DO NOT want the selection remembered as I will have other people looking and choosing to download images. I would like the selection to be none each time someone looks and then they can select what they want. Can you help?,

I would like to know of it is possible to add a license.txt file into the zip file ?
Thanks !
Is there a way to search by the unique ID the plugin gives the photos?
I have it setup where they take the Unique ID then submit them on my store for printing but I can’t find out how to easily search the unique IDs inside the plugin
per my clients (not good) …… either only 1 or 2 photos make it into the download zip file, usually the first 1 or 2 photos, or all the photos selected make it except one random photo. Clients assure me they are selecting them correctly. when I checked the 1 random photo that didn’t load… it was selected in my browser — super weird.
does a relationship exist between what I may select or unselect during wordpress pixproof file creation and what clients experience?
is there a fix for this?
Most clients select and download there photos with no issues.. why are only a handful of clients having these issues…. ?
How can I change the default post template used by Pixproof galleries? My galleries currently have a sidebar which I don’t want.

Dear euthelup,
First of all thank you for developing such an useful plug in. Wonderful job!
Whether there is still room improvements, maybe you could consider adding the capability that upon selection of the image(s), the plug in adds automatically the numbers to the comment box and/or to a sidebar where both client and photographer can see the selections made. Under the current functionalities the selection option does not do much because the image ID needs to be copied manually to the comment box. However I still see the use because of added check mark on selection visually helping a bit.
I am not sure how easy it would be but I thought about dropping you this note.
Keep up with the good work!

Hi,
trying to connect to PixProof settings page (/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=pixproof), I get an error message stating that I don’t have sufficient permissions.
I’m on a network/MU WP installation, with a super-admin account, I checked that I got all permissions (namely “manage_options”), tested on several websites on the network and even created a bare new admin account, it’s the same.
Hi! I am using your wonderful plugin for a client and he would like to have the option to enable the automatic Images Download per gallery instead of having one setting for all galleries. For example:
For a customer he would like to enable the automatic images download on a specific gallery. The customer can then select the images he/she wants and then download the automatic created zip-file.
However for a different customer he would like to disable this option on a different gallery and only wants the customer to be able to select the images he/she wants and no option for download. So basically he wants to be able to activate or deactivate the automatic option of downloading images per gallery.
Is this possible in any way? Or could this option be requested as a feature?
With kind regards and thank you for your help,
Ilse
Hi,
I’m looking for a photo proofing plugin and I’m not 100% sure yet that yours meets my criteria. Could you please comment on these questions I have?:
1. Does your plugin offer a login for clients with username and password (I prefer having a username login as opposed to showing a list of all my clients where they then have to pick their profile and only input their password, as the former option is more discreet)
2. When a client chooses some pics, is there an option to bulk download them in a zip file or how do they get them?
3. Is there an option to receive notification once a client has downloaded their photos, and how many and which ones they chose?
Thank you very much,
Michaela
I found a bug in the counter html, a space is missing between the word ‘of’ and the total number of images:
%curr% ‘ + pixproof.l10n.ofCounter + ‘%total%
should be
%curr% ‘ + pixproof.l10n.ofCounter + ‘ %total%
in pixproof/js/public.js
Please fix it in next release!

When I try to create a gallery and add pictures, the media gallery just keeps loading. I’m using a theme called Toranj. Could it be a compatibility issue?

When I create a new gallery, click on square button, all images from Media Library are selected by default.
Is it possible to create a new gallery totally blank and add images from Media Library one by one?
Thanks!
Hi,
Love the options on the free plug in. I followed the steps and made my first gallery, but I don’t know how to make gallery show up for logged in users.
I thought I was get a short code or the plugin would create its own page, but it didn’t. I got the permalink for the gallery but I don’t know how to make the user go to their gallery (or see all galleries) so they can enter to view pics? Would I create a page for the plugin?
Hello,
Can I attach pixproof gallery to default post content??

Hello,
I have been using the pixproof plugin for a few years now and recently I have been having a few issues.
1. The check mark is now showing up as &ch after an image is selected
2. After selecting a number of images and clicking “Download” at the top of the page to download the zip file it is giving me a temporarily unavailable page.
I know that you asked for all support to go through the help.pixelgrade.com page but there is no option there for the plugin just the themes.
Let me know if you need any more information from me.

Hi There =D
This is my first time using pixproof, so kindly advise will be much appreciated. I am using RAWFolio theme and I have installed and activate pixproof.
Here is, what I did and what happende:
– deactivate and uninstall all unnecessary plugins just to make sure pixproof will work
– downloaded and installed stand-alone Pixproof
– created a first gallery and then preview it
– PixProof breaks design
https://goo.gl/EPQDZq
– Then try to publish it, pixproof does not work
https://goo.gl/E6d0on
No preview, nothing.
The gallery loads and loads and loads for minutes. In the end in the browser it shows me the right URL but absolutely no content.
Any help on that please? I uninstalled and reinstalled pixproof several times now, it does not help. I am using the Template “Madison” from Rawfolio now.
Thank you for your kind attention.

Howdy ??
I worked with the Pixproof Plugin delivered with the Lens Template for a certain time – however I had to change the template now, but do not want to loose Pixproof.
Here is, what I did and what happende:
– killed all old Pixproof Galleries
– de-installed Pixproof
– optimized the database including transient options
– downloaded and installed stand-alone Pixproof
– created a first gallery => https://www.casa-magica-fotografie.de/Kundengalerie/fotoshooting-salino/
(where “Kundengalerie” is the slug changed by me
and now I try to load the gallery somehow – it does not work. No preview, nothing.
The gallery loads and loads and loads for minutes. In the end in the browser it shows me the right URL but absolutely no content.
Any help on that please? I de-installed and optimized the database several times now, it does not help. I am using the Template “Santino” from Peenapo now.
Thank you for your kind attention.

Hi there!
Great plugin, but I’ve a problem with the public page (where there’s the box to fill in with password).
Pixproof loads the “posts” php file of my theme. Is it somehow possible to make it load the “page” php file instead?
How to fix it in the code?
Thanks a lot!
Loretta
Hi there!
There are missing closed div tags within the content area.
Your plugin was tested on our themes and default ones.

Hello,
I have been having a problem with this plugin for quite some time. It does what I need it to and works great, except that the gallery pop-up window only came up in Firefox. The following browsers only anchor me back to the top of the page when I click the gallery:
– safari
– opera
– I.E.
– Chrome
Well, today when I tried to add a new gallery, the gallery pop-up didn’t work on Firefox either. So I’m stuck not being able to add photos to a gallery. Has anyone experienced this? Is there a fix?
Windows 7 professional OS, also tried on my macbook pro (see safari above)
Thanks,
-Leko
Hi everyone,
Everything works super well except that I can’t zoom on any picture, when I click on zoom, I get nothing except a darker screen.
