While many other plugins comes with too many features from which most I don’t use or need, I recommend this plugin because it just works: add Piwik Base URL, and SiteID and you’re ready to go.
Works in Network installation too.

Most people may use WP-Piwik but this plugin is quite simple and easy to configure.
