Following error in WP 3.3.2:

The requested URL /wp-content/plugins/lcw_pivot_points/data/widget-iframe.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Also, customization fields for colors do not show up in admin.
