Dreadful support. No response, apart from facebook message asking me to raise a ticket, but still nothing after four days. Ended up getting help from a coder to help sort form ID problem who had to write a programme to override theirs. A huge lesson learnt. Avoid.

We are using PAFE for some years now. We have never experienced crucial bugs and in the beginning the support was fast and good. But not anymore. Support sometimes answers quickly, but often they simply don’t unterstand the problem at all. Sometimes the support won’t answer you for weeks, but promising that they will take care of your problem asap. Now when they release new versions of the Pro version they won’t update the changelog in time, only a couple days after.
Unfortunately we still rely on this plugin, but we are looking towards other plugins that we can use instead

ATTENTION future buyers, If your license is not renewed for any reason, the work on your clients dissapears.

This is an amazing plugin addition for Elementor if you are willing to put in the time to learn what it can do and integrate with. The basics are straightforward and easy to apply, but integrations with other plugins and conditional rules or forms can be a little tedious to create, but when finished, you have full control and much more opportunities for future development growth.
It has increased our development capabilities substantially for a fraction of the price of what you would normally need multiple plugins for.
Great job Piotnet team, thanks for the great plugin!

horrible people are not properly trained to provide optimal support, I had a bad experience with a lifetime license, for unlimited sites, where I required support to change an email that after a week they made the decision to cancel my license, leaving me in Total chaos with all the sites where the plugin was already installed, they are irresponsible, I do not recommend them at all.
In addition, after activating the plugin, it creates a boot where it does not allow you to upload templates and duplicates the images of the entire system.horrible personas no están debidamente capacitadas para brindar un soporte optimo, tuve una mala experiencia con una licencia de por vida, para sitios ilimitados, donde requerí un soporte para cambiar un correo que luego de una semana tomaron la decisión de cancelar mi licencia, dejándome en total caos con todos los sitios donde ya tenia instalado el plugin, son unos irresponsables, no los recomiendo para nada.
Además luego de activar el plugin te crea un boot donde no te permite subir plantillas y te duplica las imágenes de todo el sistema.

I got the Pro Lifetime and since a few months i cant use some of the plugins (Tooltip,… )which i have buyed.
The support dont give any response of my questions
I think if i cant use extensions of my pro i should get a part of my money back,
or all to buy one which works and where support gives answers !!!

It has many life-saving features. The most useful thing for me is the integration with google tables. It saved me from a huge workload. Each widget is wonderfully customizable.
If I had one chance to buy an elementor add-on, I would definitely choose piotnet addons add-on.

The process to create a long, multi-step form with this plugin is very convoluted. It is also buggy and their slow tech support could not figure out why it didn’t work. I’m sorry I wasted my money. Had to switch to a different tool.

Sigh. I almost never leave reviews, but I’ve had such a hard time with this plug-in and the “support”, that I can’t help myself.
The Good.
Some of the widgets are great (when they work) — and there used to be some cool ways you could manipulate them into doing some fancy multi-step stuff with forms and pricing sliders.
The Bad.
That all went away with the latest Elementor updates. Piotnet released their own updates to keep pace and it’s been a disaster. Those fancy multi-step forms and the conditional logic simply don’t work anymore. They added random field contingencies that make little-to-no-sense and render the logic useless. It’s been painful.
The Ugly.
SUPPORT. Terrible. I’ve had an open ticket for 6 weeks now with no resolution or update. There were originally check-in’s every other day where they’d ask me to be patient… but I don’t even get that now. Just radio silence, despite doing everything possible to help move it along on my end. I’m even on the paid version — I’d hate to see what the free support it like.
I’ve since had to investigate and find a new workaround since Piotnet has no interest in helping me solve the issue they created. If you have even moderately complicated use-cases, stay away.

The plugin worked fine initially, but with the latest Elementor update I am no longer able to edit my website. I reached out to the team who said they would help but would not respond to my subsequent messages so I could explain exactly what is happening.
When I disabled the plugin, I could edit my website perfectly fine.
I also requested for a refund but they refused as it was outside of their refund terms (I only purchased this a month ago).
I highly DO NOT recommend this plugin and it is not compatible with the current version of Elementor.

This plugin is simply amazing, it has all the features you need to build any business, recurring billing, paypal form etc. I make websites for clients and this has changed my life, from pizza delivery websites to software developers you can build anything.
The support is simply amazing, for lack of better word. I had an issue, he logged in my computer with teamviewer to look at it, he spent 15mn testing everything and debugging, he solved the problem which had already taken me days to try to fix.
So just amazing, thank you again. Cannot recommend enough.

I wanted to update my review of Piotnet Addons for Elementor (free and PRO). My original review is underneath the dashed line. Since posting that review, I was contacted by the developers and they did a great job of getting my issue resolved quickly (i.e. within a few days).
My only drawback was that the developers asked to have an administrator account setup on my site. I am always hesitant to grant any type of admin access but did so to get the issue resolved.

I was quite thrilled to find the “Equal Height for Any Widget & CTA” feature through Piotnet. I purchased the PRO (lifetime) license due to this one feature. Recently, all of my pro features are not active and I cannot for the life of me get any of them to be active. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue with the developer, I am counting this as a complete loss.
I strongly recommend people NOT purchase the PRO version. Despite the seemingly low cost, if/when something goes wrong, you are likely left with no support. I wish I could get a refund on my purchase.

Very very pleased with the plugin. Beautiful design, great code and functionalities. Plus their lifetime package is a complete steal – highly recommend.
It’s my first time using Elementor with this as well, so have ran into a couple of problems but i) you can either self-help on a pretty comprehensive Youtube tutorial page, OR ii) the support team is very active in supporting – Vietnam time of course, for those of you on the other side of the world. Both times I’ve reached out, I’ve managed to get support within 1 hour – the team uses AnyDesk to resolve your issues too so that makes it even more convenient.
