Hi, I’ve been trying to remove the Save button from Pinterest, but I cannot find what plugin is the one adding the save button. It only appears on mobile screens and tablets, not on desktops.
Is there any css code or snippet I can add to disable the button? The only plugin I think I have related to Pinterest is Pinterest for WooCommerce and I cannot see any option to even enable or disable it, since I didn’t add the button manually.
The website is https://monthlywhitetee.co.uk/shop/
If anyone could help me find a solution, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance!

Hey folks,
As the original developers of the Pinterest “Pin It” Button, @nickyoung87 and I are not supporting this plugin anymore, so you won’t hear back from us in these forums. It is now owned by another company, which you can contact via https://pinplugins.com.
You are of course free to continue using this plugin as long as you’d like.
Thanks,
Phil & Nick
Hi there,
I deactivated the Pinterest Pin It plugin a while back but it’s still living on my site https://www.shiumaieats.com. Is there a way to permanently delete it?
Thanks!
]]>Hi I’m unable to save my settings. I don’t want the pin it button on all pages/posts, just on image hover. Where it should save it does nothing when I click the button.

]]>Hi,
I have this plugin installed for a while, and I start noticing that my visitors use the browser Pin It button instead of the ones displayed on my website, resulting in my default image not be pinned. So I am thinking about showing on the post itself, but still keeping the features of this plugin.
For this, I was thinking of using short code to display the “URL of the image to be pinned”, but so far I couldn’t find a way to display the image based on that URL.
Any help or suggestion?
]]>I have installed the Lite Version of this plugin, but it is stopping my posts from loading (I only see the header bar and the rest is blank). I want to upgrade to Pro so that I can use the hover pin-it, but don’t want to if its making my pages crash!
What am I doing wrong??
Hi,
I am trying to pin this post, using the first button with the hidden image, and each time I try to pin I get an error that I pinterest can’t communicate with my blog.
https://www.gilsousa.eu/kotor-uma-perola-adriatico/
What can be the problem? I checked the image size, and it is less than 1MB, so I assume that wouldn’t be a problem.
]]>When I try to pin something using this plugin button it comes back with an error every time – pin image is too small. But I can see that the image is huge (600px+). Any one else have this error? Is it a problem with the plugin, WordPress?
]]>Hi,

Can you please advise on what to do? my server provider Ipage already told me to check with you! thanks
]]>When users click the Pin It button it’s supposed to bring up all available images in the post (including hidden images) to pin. This functionality used to work up until about a couple weeks ago. And now when users click the Pin It button, it gives no choice to select an imagine – it simply defaults to one of the images in the post. Can you please help me troubleshoot?
It’s happening in any post located here: https://loveandfoodforeva.com/
But here is one specific post you can look at: https://loveandfoodforeva.com/2016/03/red-pepper-soup-parmesan-toasts/
Thanks very much.

I always put a description in the blank, but it doesn’t always render when pinning a page.
Any thoughts?

]]>Hi,
On some of my posts I have a featured image set and some I don’t.
When I do have a featured image set the pin button shows up just below the featured image, not at the top of the post.
How can I make the button appear above the featured image?
Thanks,
Jamie

I’m finding that when I pin a post from my iPad, it only pins the image, not the link to the article.

Hello, I uploaded a new page on my site and I have a couple of problems.
This is the page: https://missioninedible.com/sweet-roasted-peppers-salad-dip/
1. There was an update to the plugin and now when I see the images that can be updated (and after I’ve already used the nopin=”nopin” code where I need, the featured posts in the Featured posts plugins in the footer and primary sidebar are left. How can I remove them and make only the images that actually appear on the post to be “pinnable”?
2. The first image posted on the page is not the featured image, yet when I make the nopin code, it works on all of the images I used on accept the first one why?
3. The featured image has the beginning of the post text as its description. how can I modify it that the text will be different for pinning?
Thank you in advance for the help!
]]>Hello,

Hello!
I’m getting the following –
Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /path/to/site/wp-includes/query.php on line 4385
Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /path/to/site/wp-includes/query.php on line 4387
Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /path/to/site/wp-includes/query.php on line 4389
Steps to reproduce –
Enable debug constant in wp-config
Activate Pin it Button
Trouble shooting –
1 – Disabled all plugins
2- Switched to default theme (twenty fifteen)
3- Reenabled active plugins one by one
By doing the above I was able to isolate the issue to this plugin. The notices still occur with only Pin It & TwentyFifteen active.
FWIW – the same issues occur with your pro plugin. We are using the pro version on my wife’s site, but I thought I’d try out the lite version as well to see if the notices carried over.
