The pinterest button won’t show on mobile devices. Can you fix this?
]]>Hi. The plugin works fine for me.
This plugin added the pin button in all my images.
There is only a problem. All my blog post have a featured image and I can’t see the pint it button in this image. I don’t know the reason why.
I suppose is the same reason because it doesn’t displays at the popup
The poput is not as important as featured image.
Because featured image is the image you see of each post in the home. And then in the post page is the first image you see. And it will very nice if we include the pin it button in this image too.
Is it possible?
Thanks.

]]>2 things
1. Can I move the pin button so it is at the bottom left on all my post images? And have it consistently sit in the same place regardless of the image size???
2. Can the pin button be on display at ALL times sitting on top of each post image/photo and not just show up on hover????
I want my pin button to be exactly Who What Wear.com —- They have the pin icon in the same location on every photo and always on display, not just on hover.
Thanks

]]>Hi there! This plugin is listed on many sites around the web as the best free Pin It plugin out there. I got it set up and it was great…. until I noticed that it completely messed up the placement of images on my posts. Is there any way to fix this? I know it’s probably some kind of interference between the plugin and my theme, but I can’t change the theme, so I need to (hopefully) find a way to make the plugin work!

I would like to add the post excerpt as an option in there as follows:

I currently have it set to show on any page or post within the site. Here is an example post: https://www.dailytransformations.com/surprisingly-simple-self-care-strategies/ . I have a slideshow in a blog post, and the pin it button shows up on the first two images fine, but when it gets to the third and anything past that, it just doesn’t show anymore. Any way to fix this?

I just installed and activated the plugin, however, there are errors showing up in place of the images in my blog post.
The error message is Warning: sprintf() [function.sprintf]: Too few arguments in /home/multifo1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/pinterest-pin-it-button-for-images/ppibfi_pinterest.php on line 236
Could you let me know how I can rectify this?

]]>Hello,
Anytime I add links to images, the Pin It plugin adds a line to the bottom of my images.
I checked with theme designer and turned off the plugin to confirm that it is the plugin that creates the line. Go to any post and you’ll see it:
The theme maker suggests that I do this:
What you could do is to switch to text/html editor and add a class, ex ‘no-border-link’ to all the links that contain pinable images and then add in your Theme Options > Styles > Custom styles:
.no-border-link {border-bottom: none}
What do you suggest?

]]>I’m having a problem where my images run over the margins in Firefox and IE (Chrome seems fine).
I have CSS in my theme that prevents images from running over the margins:
img {max-width:99% !important; height: auto;}
However, the plugin seems to make FF and IE ignore that. (I disabled the plugin and it was fine.)
I found someone else who was having this problem, and their suggestion was to add the following CSS:
.pibfi_pinterest {max-width:99%;}
I did that, but still no luck.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

]]>Hi,
I was just informed that the top photo on my recipe posts is being displayed the full length of the screen, overlapping the sidebar content. I don’t know how long that has been the case, and it seems to depend on the browser. I wasn’t seeing it on Chrome….
My theme support recommended I try adding this snippet to the style.css file:
.foodie .pibfi_pinterest {
display: block;
}
.foodie .alignleft .pibfi_pinterest,
.foodie .alignright .pibfi_pinterest {
display: inline;
}
But after clearing the cache and reloading, it continued to display overtop of everthing.
What do I do?
Thanks!

]]>Hi, I’m using the following code to customize my Pin It button but was wondering about what code I need to change the location AND size from the default to a 120px x 120px button centered over my image.
.pibfi_pinterest .xc_pin {
background-image: url(https://naturallystellar.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/CustomPinItButton.png);
}
I’m always trying to do something a little different so I created a custom circle button and would like it to be able to show up in the middle of the image vs. the upper left corner.
Any suggestions of what to include in my code that would allow me to do it? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

]]>See the following page:
https://www.debraprinzing.com/
The Pin It button appears on all the smaller inset images, but not on the big images that appear between paragraphs.
Also, at least some images that were supposed to have text wrapping around them were not. I solved this by adding:
.pibfi_pinterest {
display: block !important;
}
to our stylesheet, but I think this is a less than ideal solution.
The main issue though is the Pin It button not appearing on large images. Is there something I can do?

My 2nd image has the plugin span element creeping into where the text and the first image are. so the pinit button is placed up there with the span element, even though the picture itself is underneath.
The picture has a height of 200px but the span element that gets created around the image has a height of like 330px ??
