My team moved to Pico to simplify the sign-up process for membership on our website, which has been great! What I didn’t know is that the CRM within Pico is also really easy to use and collects all sorts of useful information that is helping us better target our audience. We’ve been using Pico for 18 months and it’s really been key in bringing in revenue. The registration prompts drive a lot of new newsletter subscribers and puts them into the funnel to convert into paid subscribers. Subscription levels and offers are easy to set up with a bit of guidance. And Pico has ramped up its customer support in recent months. It’s been a great addition to our site.

Pico is a linchpin of our business at Popula; we’ve been with them since we started publishing in July 2018. It’s an excellent product, support is extremely responsive, and management is aligned with our own objectives of responsibility, sustainability and immaculate service to our subscribers and readers.
