This plugin is a revelation after struggling with the bloat of the NextGen gallery plugin. While that one is certainly comprehensive, it bogged down my site so much adding at least 2 seconds on every single page load (including pages that didn’t include galleries). I love the simplicity of this plugin and as a developer I appreciate the small download footprint.

I’ve installed and uninstalled countless other image gallery/slideshow, etc plugins and NONE of them looked quite the way I wanted or even as advertised, if they worked at all. THIS is the only one I kept, and was instantly happy with! Easy to use, simple, and exactly what I was looking for. THANK YOU!

I love this plugin for the most important reason, that it does not take forever to load images. It has no problem with loading the pictures at all. This was my main problem with similar plugins. The design/layout is great and customizable.

Building on the WP gallery, you get one simple configuration screen, vanilla css (a blank canvas for you to style), thumbs left, main image right, done deal!

For some pages I do not need slideshow (buttons and other staff that appears on other pages) to load.
For some pages I need just static image with thumbnails and lightbox effect.
Is it possible to achieve with photospace? Currently on every page I have gallery, slideshow is added.
