I have a few shortcodes loaded on one page. The first six work; however, all of the shortcodes after the six don’t work. They should all have the same default options set. To see this, click on the toggle button under each stylists’ name.
The shortcodes are all the same except for the ID numbers – [Best_Wordpress_Gallery id=”119″]
I have disabled my cache plugins, and it still does not work.

]]>Does the plugin support autorotation of images on mobile? I’ve not been able to find a setting so far. On a phone, landscape images are presented small with large black bars top and bottom. I’d expect to be able to rotate my phone and have the image fill the full screen. I think I must be missing a set up option as it doesn’t seem very “mobile-friendly” at the moment. Thanks.

My Photo Gallery plugin (on a live web site) has version 2.5.11. There is a warning

My first question is: how come my installed version is 2.5.11 and when I look at the latest plugin on www.remarpro.com it shows version 1.8.31?? Did someone decide to move the version number backward at some point in time? The actual plugin PHP files seem to date from July 13 2022, so the code is 2 years old. On my site, when I click on the plugin “Show details” link, I brings me to the Photo Gallery by 10Web page, with version 1.8.31!

When I scroll up or down on a page of our website with an embedded gallery, it seems to freeze for a few seconds, or I have to scroll very slowly for it to move. This is more noticeable on mobile, but we can also observe it on a computer.
This issue wasn’t present earlier last week. Has there been an update that may have caused this problem? How can I resolve it, as it’s quite urgent?
On other pages of our website without an embedded gallery, there is no scrolling issue, and this has only started happening in the past few days. We tried deactivating plugins one by one, but that didn’t solve the issue. We therefore conclude that it is caused by the “Gallery by 10Web – Mobile-Friendly Image Gallery” plugin, as this issue only occurs on pages with a gallery.

]]>I just noticed that your plugin takes about 25MB disk space and 9MB is used by the languages. Wouldn’t it be better to move the translations to translate.www.remarpro.com so they don’t need to be included in the plugin itself? It saves disk space, updates are smaller/faster and the community can help translating the plugin.

]]>Hi, as you all know, in Photo Gallery lightbox there is a suite of buttons below each image: play, expand, image info, facebook, twitter (if activated in gallery settings). Also, upon hover there are back and forward buttons on left/right size of the image.
All these show up nicely on desktop, but on mobile, as seen in the image here on this link, https://ibb.co/CWyjDYW , these buttons fail to load. Instead of theme there’s a weird vertical rectangle with an X in it. Please help

Support Request: Inconsistent Image URL Capture in Lightbox

Issue Description
I’m experiencing an issue with capturing the URL of the current image in the Lightbox gallery. The problem occurs when users click through the thumbnails to view images in the Lightbox. The script I’m using only captures the URL for every other image, effectively missing half of the images in the gallery.
Current Code
I’m using the following JavaScript function (WPCode snippet) to attempt to capture the image URL:

The function does not capture and record the URL of each image when you click on the thumbnails to change images in the Lightbox, but the first one does, the second one does not, and so on.

I am tagging and naming them by year so I can keep them straight, but wondering whether there is a way to group them into folders in the back end, since the list of galleries is getting pretty long? I don’t see a way to group them in the free version. Hello, I like how Photo Gallery works, but I’m wondering what happens to all the images if I deactivate the plugin? Are they saved in a folder I can still access, or are they deleted?

I’m experiencing an issue where the images section keeps loading indefinitely at times. I’ve already disabled the cache plugin, but the problem persists.
Interestingly, when I open the inspect element tool, the images load successfully, but before that, they just keep loading. What could be causing this?
]]>I use two programs to export photos to a file format I can use on line. Adobe’s Lightroom CC and Photo Mechanic.
When I export a RAW file to jpg from Lightroom they upload to wordpress and the the 10Web gallery just fine. Or when I upload them directly into the 10web gallery.
If I do an export from PhotoMechanic, which is quicker and preferred, the 10 Web gallery upload screen goes from a counter-clockwise spring for a few seconds to a clockwise spin and never stops. This happens regardless of uploading to WP media library first or directly to 10Web.
I’ve tried stripping out the meta data, EXIF info and the like. Even changed the .jpg to .JPG and .JPEG and have had zero luck getting the 10Web gallery to accept those images. I can supply the two files so someone can see why one works and one doesn’t, but I’m at a loss for why this isn’t working.

When a tag is selected, the only way to unselect it is to click on all tags and then to reselect all the tags. Would it be possible to unselect the way we select, I mean only by clicking on the tags we want to unselect ?
For instance, on the link I provided if I want to select “Bardage” + “Barrière anglaise” + “Palissade bois”, I have to click on “all tags” and then to select again the three categories upside whereas it would be a lot more easier to only click on “Jeux pour enfants” to unselect it and reach the same selection.
