The support forum does not seem to be monitored and I see that very few queries are answered. I got the plugin working after reading a few forum posts, then it breaks for no reason, and stops passing the $ value back to the plugin from PayPal. The number of days does not change.
A great idea and an adequate start but this plugin needs a lot of work. I’d be happy to pay for a pro version if the developer fixed all the issues.

I did a lot of research into the various ways I could create a fundraising page for my volunteer community development consultancy. Most crowdfunding platforms have limited payment gateways and a selection process. Other WP plugins also cost money, had limited payment gateways or too many add-ons I didn’t need. This free plugin allowed me to create a personal crowdfunding page on my own website and manually enter donations. By connecting it to my webshop & its various payment gateways, supporters can donate in whichever way they wish. Highly recommended (although you do need to know a bit of HTML and CSS to get it to look pretty).

I have been looking for plugins to use for charities and this plugin seems to be the best one at the moment. Other crowdfunding plugins are meant for people raising money for whatever THEIR cause might be. But this plugin is the best when you want crowdfunding for a charity. Really good plugin, and i think the plugin programmer should build more on the plugin, and make a pro version of it. At least i would buy it if there were an option to do so. Thanks for the great work!

The only issue I had was the donation amount not beeing updated after a donation. To fix it I just had to change the permalink setting to ‘Post name’.

This plugin is excellent for anyone who wants to set up a system of allowing individual users to set up their own fundraising page. The code is simple and works great with the PayPal donate button.
