Permalink Validator Plugin does not work with 3.1, it brakes the Category and Blogroll links.

First it seem working fine, but after that it broken down my whole site, only the admin page worked. Fortunately I figured out that this plug-in don’t works, need a refresh, because the latest version is more than 2 years old.
