We were surprised to receive a $99 subscription renewal with no warning. No way to cancel. No response from Peachpay to our numerous requests. In 10 years on the web, we’ve never had this problem. We are going to file a complaint with the European authorities.We stopped using this plugin 6 months ago because of the extra costs and broken promises.

The premium version is great, well made and functional. But, the introduction of fees for premium users (0.79% of transaction value) on top of the monthly subscription charge makes it expensive and uncompetitive compared to other premium plugins.
Will uninstall and move to cartflows once this paid month is over.
I would recommend removing this fee, or at least reducing it and providing an option within the plugin to have fees charged to the seller and not the buyer. Most customers don’t like to see ‘hidden’ charges at checkout.

I was looking for an easy to implement solution for quick checkout and PeachPay fits the bill. It was very easy to implement in my WooCommerce store and my customers love how easy it is to check out compared to other checkout plugins. The customer support is also very helpful, they went above and beyond to help me with a problem when I needed help and gets me back to business. I highly recommend this plugin if you’re looking for an express checkout plug-in or a way to simplify your checkout process for your WooCommerce store.

Can’t say anything bad about these guys. We’ve been with them for the past year and a half and we’ve had nothing but great service since day one. From actual personal phone calls at the beginning of our teething problems to fixing issues quickly and efficiently, these guys are very professional and even listen to your feedback. Even had a small problem over last Christmas after we updated our website and they were able to find the problem in no time at all – even working over the holidays (thanks Abdullah!).
All in all, great plugin, fantastic customer service/support, and a smooth payment/checkout experience for our customers. Can always count on their support. Thank you for creating this plugin. Highly recommend.

This plugin was live on our site for less than 24 hours and it caused the whole website to crash when doing a simple task like editing orders. We are a very busy e-commerce site that cannot afford crashing and delays. Our customers were very frustrated and this was a huge headache for us as a business. Do not recommend at all!

I’d spent a good few hours flicking between different checkout plugins, some difficult to set up, lacking features, customization or just very buggy, after I saw the PeachPay plugin page I had a feeling it was going to do what I was looking for and it did that and more!
Incredibly easy to setup, full of features and its made my checkout process incredibly fast compared to other systems. The support is also great and a few of my questions and changes we’re answered or updated within no time.
Highly recommend and suggest anyone who’s looking for a good checkout plugin gives it a try.

The plugin works for a few days, after some time when customer try to buy, only a black screen appear and when i inspect clicking f12, only says “Unable to load peachpay checkout”

Simply the best plugin for checkouts around. We have been using Peachpay for over a year, looking at our purchases we have seen increased conversions and now with the additional features have gone the full hog! We have switched off all other payment options. I have been really impressed with team at Peachpay and there desire to add additional features, such as the Purchase Order checkout – perfect for B2B conversions. If you use online checkouts then you must try this plugin – you will not be disappointed.
