Hello,
I’m running wordpress 6.6 fr and last version of PDF Poster. I can’t say if it is since wordpress or PDF Poster update but now pdf are not displayed anymore. I have a black screen instead of the pdf.

After upgrading to PHP 8.3 I see more than 35 Deprecated Errors for PDF Poster with the message such as:
Creation of dynamic property PDFPro\Rest\GetMeta::$route is deprecated
is it possible to look into this issue?

This plugin put a “40% Black Friday” ad in the Admin bar. I can’t remove it. Dismiss button on the ad in the plugin doesn’t work. Ads in the Administration area should be illegal.

Great plugin! Can easily embed pdf files, define custom widths and keep them organized at a single place. Download option can be defined individually and with the Pro version even PDF stored in Dropbox and Google Drive can be embedded.
I only miss the option of OneDrive API, but overall is a great plugin.

Got tired of the table editor, so I moved the data to an Excel spreadsheet. This game me much more flexibility. I can save the spreadsheet as a PDF, then drop it in the page. Done!

This plugin tries to get you to upgrade everywhere possible, and then when you do, there is no way to install or upgrade the PRO version on WordPress. I have emailed, reached out on chat, and even connected with them on social media and they still have not given me any way to use the pro version I paid for.

The plugin is very easy to use. It quickly displays PDFs and allows you to configure many options for viewing, printing, downloading, and size.
I had tried other PDF plugins in the past, but they all lacked a few things. PDF Poster is complete with all the useful features and I have been using it on each of my websites since I discovered it.

Just needed a simple PDF viewer to embed PDF documents throughout my WordPress Site. Very good lightweight plugin which easily and reliably shows your pdf files from medial library via simple shortcode.
Free version allows limit pdf printing, to control download feature, you have to go pro for a reasonable price.

Das Plugin gef?llt mir sehr. Leider zeigen die PDF-Container eine Phishing Warnung, wenn man diese im Edge-Browser ansieht.
Nun habe ich herausgefunden, wie ich diese Phishing Warnung deaktivieren kann: Bei den Einstellungen im Plugin beim jeweiligen PDF muss das Drucken erlaubt werden.

I just learned you don’t need a plugin for PDF. Just select file in Gutenberg editor and voila.

I maintain a couple of low-key, info websites for my family – nothing fancy. I needed to post a couple of PDFs, and PDF Poster was like a godsend. It’s so simple to use, yet is so professional looking. Every so often, I have to swap out the old PDFs and add a new one. The process is so simple and elegant.
