the pdf is not attaching properly to the email notification. Can you help troubleshoot, or is this another thread in this forum that you wont bother looking at?

I don’t become a PDF enclosed to the entry notification mails. I allready deactivated the plugin, removed it and installed it again, but it is still the same.

What can I do?

I upload an image into the form (jpg 467kb) but it doesn’t display in the PDF.

“Image not found or type unknown” is what shows instead of the image.

Access to the site is password protected.

When I try to deactivate your plugin, a modal window appears asking for information why I’m deactivating.

First, that’s annoying ??

Second, no matter which option is selected, the plugin goes to domain.com/wp-admin/undefined which 404s and the plugin is not deactivated forcing a manual deactivation. And that is VERY annoying.
