Desde hace poco, me llegan los mails de paycomet, con muy poca info rellenada y no me llegan los pedidos de woocommerce con toda la info de pedido.

he instalado plugin SMTP y funcionando, pero pasa que de vez en cuando lelgan los correos de pago con paycomet sin la información y otras veces si que llegan los de woocommerce. Parece como algo aleatorio…

el problema es que es una barberia, y todo lo que no llegue como woocommerce no se agenda bien.

We can’t seem it get the “Customer Payment Method Changes” feature working. So we would like to know if it’s because Paycomet is not compatible with it.

In the checkout page, if the user clicks on “Confirm order” button but with some blank fields (for example the credit card info), then there is user interface blocking layer (a white transparent layer with classes “blockUI, blockOverlay”) that remains there forever, so does not let the user input the missing fields.

If user reloads the page the overlay disappear, but some users may not know what to do and abandon the purchase.

Dear all,

When on the checkout page and click on the “place order” button, the user is redirected to the order-pay page. (displaying order number, date, payment method, and total)

From the order page, user have to press once again “Pay” to be redirected to the PAYCOMET/bank site

Does anyone know how can I edit or remove this page? Usually, when I have used other payment providers they have an option for automatic redirect to the bank site.

Hola, tenemos instalado el plugin de Paycomet y tenemos un problema al respecto.

Una vez introducidos los datos de la tarjeta en nuestra tienda, al intentar dirigirse a Paycomet, los navegadores están bloqueando el redireccionamiento, lo que nos está llevando a tener muchos pedidos pendientes de pago ya que esos usuarios o no son conscientes del aviso para aceptarlo, o bien no se sienten seguros al respecto.

En concreto, el mensaje en Chrome es: Redirección bloqueada “Detalles”.

Al pulsar en detalles, dice que la redirección que está bloqueando es a: httpsapi.paycomet.com

?Que podemos hacer al respecto?

I recently installed Woocomerce to make an online store. When the user registers on the web to buy, the footer with frames appears in their User panel, but not in the rest of the options. How do I correct it? the error only appears when the plugin is active.

Tengo una pagina multilingue y me encuentro con varios problemas con los pagos. Primero las notificaciones por URL. La TPV permite a?adir únicamente un URL de pago mientras que efectuando el pedido de un idioma diferente que el ingles los dichos son diferentes ej:

Ingles: https://www.lefrag.com/?wc…etc

Castellano: https://www.lefrag.com/es/?wc…etc

Polaco: https://www.lefrag.com/pl/?wc-api…etc

al tener el diferenciador de idioma /es/ o /pl/ la notificación no esta pasada entre los paneles del administrador ni tampoco existe una aplicación que permitiría hacerlo. Con lo cual… en el panel woocomerce el pedido consta como cancelado y no se envían las notificaciones email que confirmen el pedido.

Por otro lado, los pedidos en el panel de cada idioma a veces repiten numero POST ID, woocommerce no permite cambiar estos números ni resetear el contador. Resultado error 1026.

Desde las últimas actualizaciones nos da error al pagar, el código de error 1129 Cantidad no válida, woocommerce version 5.3.0. Lo curioso es que no había ningún error antes hasta las últimas actualizaciones, el soporte del banco nos dijo que era problema de código de la web, pero no vamos a tocar código de woocommerce, así que dejamos de usarlo, cambiado a stripe para que se quede estable.

Aparece un “error 1004” al acceder a la página “Mi cuenta” desde que Paycomet se ha actualizado a la versión 5.1

Los usuarios no pueden completar la compra, la web se queda cargando la pagina y totalmente en blanco.

Estamos utilizando Woocommerce Subscriptions y llegada la fecha de renovación no se realiza y se pospone para el día siguiente, pero pasan los días y ningún día puede realizar el cargo.

nos sucede que nos salen varios pedidos de la tienda online en Woocommerce no salen en el estado de “Pendiente de pago”. Por las pruebas realizadas son pedidos donde los usuarios llegan a la pantalla de finalizar el pedido y tienen que introducir los datos de su tarjeta ( Allí se van) y sale el pedido reflejado como realizado ( Pero con el estado de pendiente de pago).
Nos pueden decir como arreglar que si no se pagan realmente, salgan como cancelados?
