I have tried without and with the ￡ in settings. always get an error message. without shows the payment in US dollars, how can I get it to accept ￡ ?

I am new to wordpress and plugins. I added the new paypal 0.3 but keep getting an error :

This recipient does not accept payments denominated in 1. Please contact the seller and ask him to update his payment receiving preferences to accept this currency.

I went into settings/ writing in my dash but not sure what information I need to add so I have a working paypal acct.

Please advise.
