Hello,
I have configured the action after sending to be Email and dynamic message. Then I have configured the messages and the email that sends and receives the emails. When I do the test with stripe in development mode I don’t get any kind of email neither to the admin nor to the buyer. I have configured the SMTP with the plugin (WP Mail SMTP) in wordpress and the site can send emails. I have also downloaded the WP Mail Logging plugin to check if there is some kind of problem but no emails are registered. On the other hand, if I register on the website or do any action that needs to send an email, I receive it correctly.
Thanks!
]]>I have installed a payment page but for some reason when you input the information (name, email etc) the information appears on top of the placeholder and not underneath. Is there something I can do to rectify this?
]]>I set up the stripe in test mode, everything seems to work, but no email notification on the client email or the admin.
]]>So far the plugin works fine, but am I missing a configuration for a notification of payment made? I see the payment in Strip but no email with the invoice number or reference number for the payment was sent to my email
]]>Hello,
LINK attached. Here 2 questions:
https://freeimage.host/i/HYdno3Q
i) Where can you change this text (red-lined left)?
ii) Where you can drag-off those fields “PAY USD 99 NOW ONE-TIME”. In Elementor, you can’t. They’re fix. Furthermore, I couldn’t find the wording “ONE-TIME” to translate. Where can you translate it?
I only can translate the custom text 1 + 2 but not the wording “ONE-TIME”
If you click on a payment method in your form, the distance to the top edge of the payment section (2nd column) always moves. This is very bad. I can’t fix this with Elementor. So how to keep the distance to the top constant when clicking on the different payment methods. I didn’t attach a screenshot because the problem is self-explanatory and you can test it yourself quickly. Do you want to offer “this quality” for your customer. No thanks.
And I guess it happens in both your Free and Pro plugin.
Furthermore, by clicking on any payment method, the distance from the 1st column to the top edge is also shifted. It has to do with the input fields. That is clear. Each payment method has more or less input fields. This creates unacceptable shifts to the top edge of each columns.
Would it be possible to open up more of the templates and make them available for free?
]]>Can’t get Payment Page to complete stripe setup . After successful login to Stripe and selecting the appropriate account on stripe page, it gets redirected to WordPress but the account never gets connected. It stays always on the Gateways pages can’t got to templates. am i missing something here ? or my setup is unique(can’t be)
here is the config i am using

]]>Hello,
Okay, I have gone ahead and purchased a lifetime pass for this new, seemingly awesome plugin. I have set up my subscription plans. But, can you give me an example of how you would set up one-time payments?
I am a graphic and web designer and offer hosting and maintenance on websites, so this is going to work well for my recurring payments.
But, what about those clients that I have invoiced a specific amount and I would like them to be able to use this gateway to make full or partial payment on their one-time invoice.
]]>Hello… I really like the looks of your plug-in. I think it is exactly what I have been looking for. But, please, if you do not mind, help me with a couple of questions.
I am a Graphic and Website Designer. I need a gateway just like this to offer my clients a variety of monthly subscriptions based on their needs AND I would like to send them a personalized Invoice with the option to pay online.
Can you please explain to me how I would set this up for a customer to pay their invoice online?
I am assuming I would give them a link to a subscription-based product, but even that isn’t always a “set in stone” amount.
I get how to set up the page, but I am still confused about how this applies to different clients and their different needs.
