Hi Guys,
Wanted to flag that the Pargo plugin does NOT allow for VAT/TAX to be added to shipping costs within the Shipping method settings.
I have looked at a few orders and can confirm that the 15% VAT applies only to the products and not the Pargo shipping value.
The store is setup with “Standard” vat on shipping but it would seem that Pargo doesn’t apply the Shipping tax class.

Obviously it would be great to have this for accounting purposes.
]]>Hi Guys,
I have the Pargo app installed and configured to allow free shipping over XXX amount.
When testing with our abandonment campaigns, that offer free shipping via single use coupons, the Pargo shipping does not change/update to offer free shipping once the coupon is applied.
Are you able to add that functionality as is the case with the default Woocommerce Free Shipping method? ie “A minimum order amount OR coupon”. https://woocommerce.com/document/free-shipping/
]]>Hi.
Currently, users can checkout without setting a pickup point. Is there a way to make selecting a pickup point a requirement before users can checkout?
Thanks, Hagen.
]]>Hi there.
I’m getting an endless loading animation on the payment/place order box on the checkout page.
The following errors are also showing up in the console:
ReferenceError: Can’t find variable: setupProcessTypeSelect
&
TypeError: jQuery(‘#pargo-select-delivery-type’).waitUntilExists is not a function.
Please assist.
]]>Good day,
Please can you advise where can the buyer see the selected pick up point that customer selected when placing an order? PUP doesn’t show in the order details. Only the actual customer address added when placing order is, however the seller needs to see the pick up point.
]]>Hi again,
I noticed another bug in the admin, where the main.js is 404ing. After inspecting the file url, I see it’s using the server path, rather than relative to the site.
IE, current:
https://domain.com/app/data/public/wp-content/plugins/pargo/assets/js/main.js
vs:
https://domain.com/wp-content/plugins/pargo/assets/js/main.js
I checked the plugin and see the main.js is being loaded from /includes/controlllers/class-wp-pargo-admin.php and uses the PARGOPATH global.
Cheers,
Chris
Hi there,
I recently upgraded our Pargo plugin with the latest update and shortly after noticed an error in the dev console saying that one of the javascript files (wait_until_exists.js) is mia.
Also, it would be great if the postcode from the cart (which is used to check if Pargo is available for the given postcode) was passed on to the location checking search input.
Cheers,
Chris
Pargo works fine when checking out and using a direct payment method such as cash on delivery or direct EFT but when using a payment gateway such as Netcash or Payfast, the Pargo waybill is not being created and the order is not going through to the Pargo portal. How does one resolve this??

Please assist. perhaps you can send me the code snippet that should be included in the order email admin-new-order.php? Using Storefront Woocommerce theme.
]]>We have tried Woocommerce ultimate gift cards and also YITH gift cards. When used with pargo enabled, the gift cards are not added to the cart and we recieve this message :
“Gift Card has been removed from your basket because it has since been modified. You can add it back to your basket here.”
When we disable pargo, the gift cards work fine.
I believe this has to do with a feature that was introduced in woocommerce in 2018 where cart item data is verified. For some reason, pargo either change the gift cards or updates them, which changes their hashes stored in the session and then invalidates the items.
This is what I believe. Any ideas ?
]]>Hii Pargo Support,
We have installed “Pargo” for shipping method. we are facing very weird issue with it.

]]>So I was only able to use the plugin once, ever. It was on 15/05/2018 and even then, there was a problem.
My problem now is that this piece of shit plugin screws up most of my pages. There is a conflict somewhere with the Divi theme that basically leaves the page bodies blank.
I have been talking to your support and apparently your plugin developer left in December 2018. I find it hard to believe that you are not able to replace him/her 5 months later.
When is this bullshit going to be sorted? I paid for a service I am not receiving.
Just by looking at this support page, it paints a very pathetic story. Last post: 1 Year, 5 Months ago. Great support guys, keep it up…
]]>We are experiencing an issue whereby the Pargo plugin for WooCommerce is causing issues with WordPress loopback functionality, as reported by the official WordPress Health Check plugin. I can confirm that this issue is the direct cause of the WordPress internal editor’s inability to edit the functions.php file present within child themes. I have confirmed that this issue remains present on different installations of WordPress, and across different web servers. The issue is resolved only when the Pargo plugin is deactivated. Please advise.
]]>Hi support, We’re having an issue where customers are complaining that they cannot find and select a collection point either using the search or the map. Collection points aren’t listed. We’ve been able to replicate this issue on our side in chrome, opera and firefox. Please advise.
]]>Hi
So I have 2 orders and apparently I can’t see which pargo points the customers selected in the backend. Am I missing something?
]]>Hi
Pargo hides the shipping fields and then causes an error that the required fields are left out.
Also, there is no option to select the pargo collection point on either the cart or the checkout page.
Thanks
Calvin
Am trying to access the admin page for this plugin but it’s just saying Page not found.
]]>Hi Guys,
I want to use Pargo as my ONLY shipping method to customers. But it does not work with the latest version of WordPress. Can you please update it? I really need it as I think Pargo is the most convenient postage system in South Africa.
It would really be great if you could release a new version.
]]>Hi there,
Is there an update in the work to support the new shipping zones zones introduced in v. 2.6.4?

Hi,
As per a previous topic (see here), I’m interested in implementing PARGO shipping on our website, but would like to configure it so that it will set free PARGO shipping above a certain amount ordered. Is this possible?
Hi there,
We have a client that wants to make use of Pargo in South Africa. The client offers free shipping for all orders above R1000.00.
If we want to make use of the plugin, how can it be setup so that when the order is above R1000.00 in value, no shipping fee is added but below R1000.00 a fee is added?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Kind regards
Francois Wessels
