Dear sir,
This plugin works greatly when checking a child category, all its parent categories are checked automatically. Is it possible to add a functionality to make it go from top to bottom: when a parent category is unchecked, all its child categories are unchecked automatically?
Cheers
Daro
Does anyone know a method to get this plugin to work in the Posts screen bulk edit? I’ve tried repeatedly to get it to work to no avail. Any help is appreciated.
]]>I noticed that when you unselect previously saved categories and refresh the admin page, there is no WordPress alert warning you of any changes in the post when trying to refresh. Then after the refresh, the checkboxes remain unselected even though this is not the case. It can be quite confusing for users.
]]>Hi,
I love your plugin and I started to use inside one of my latest projects. Since I just enabled Gutenberg I noticed your plugin stoped to work.
Do you have any plans to fix it?

Please let me know.
Hello, I love your plugin, is very useful.
But after I installed Yoast SEO plugin it stops working because that plugin adds a functionality to make a selected category to be primary category. And it seems it disables your code.
Yoast says they will not deactivate this feature.
Can you do something? Or should I change SEO plugin?
Thank you!!

As you can see, when “Kategori under 1” is deselected, it also deselects the top “2016” category, even though multiple other items have it activated.
Could you resolve this issue?

when I select category in categories list (when I go to “All posts”) and click edit – plugin doesn’t do it’s job.

]]>hi
how assign parent category for old posts (published)?
Plugin works fine for me and works completely fine if you create a new custom post type or edit an existing one.
But where we’ve got hundreds of custom post types with the parent category apparently empty, is there any way to sweep the existing items and toggle their parent categories on without having to do it manually?
]]>Hello,
This plugin is really great and extremely useful. As noted in my review works fine, at least as long as you use WP admin pages.
My problem is that I work on a Directory theme that offers custom pages for users to submit their own listing and it doesn’t work within those pages when selecting a category for a listing. That is of course understandable but I just wonder whether there would be a turnaround for this. Any clues?
Thanks.
]]>Hello sirs, I’m looking for a plugin that allow me to do the exact inverse job that this plugin does: I need to select one parent category and set all its childs automatically selected.
Do you know any way to accomplish this?
Hello.
Our category list is a custom taxonomy and this plugin works great while in the WP admin. But our hope is to have this plugin function on the hierarchical taxonomy checkboxes while using a public facing page, not in the WP admin interface. How can the plugin be modified to accomplish this?
It seems an edit to line 52 would help. What should it be to permit the plugin to function outside the admin interface?:
add_action('admin_footer', 'super_category_toggler');
Thanks.
