]]>I have alawys liked parcel2go so decided to try the plug in for wordpress.
Very frustrating at first because
1. Drop down for country would not work and this I thought was why it would not load after saving.
2. Finally after many goes it allowed the country from a dropdown and still a problem.
Found that by selecting the sandbox option it does not load afterwards. So the question is
1. selecting “sand box” – does this then allow me to test out the plugin?
More information needed about set up – secret* – whatever you write in this box when you get your API must be exactly teh same that you enter under the API code box in you woocommerce set up.
Information needed o the sand box as well.
I also note that the plugin has not been updated for a very long time and woocommerce says npot tested latest version – come on parcel2go you need to do this.

We need our customers to be able to book a parcel collection (of clothes) from either their home or other address, so that we can then receive the clothes, clean them and then return them.
Does this plugin allow customers to book collections in this way as a ‘shipping option’ when they make an order?

]]>I have installed the Parcel2Go plugin and am editing the settings page for the collection/return address and I cannot select the UK as the country dropdown is not being populated – looking at the source I see the following message in the markup:-

Seems the API call used failed and is not being handled.

]]>Hi, can yo please add a checks if the order is send to different address so that parcel2go get user data insert on shipping address instead of billing address? currently the address is correct but the Name still pulled from the billing info. should get Name from shipping info when different address is used.

I have added the Parcel2go plugin and added the API credentials but the default collection or return address has no UK option ? Is it not suitable for UK to UK deliveries?
]]>Is there any way to grant plugin access for a user with the role of “shop manager” as currently it appears that only users with the role of “admin” are allowed to use it. Can this be achieved via maybe a third party plugin such as “User Role Editor” and if so how?

]]>I have installed this plugin and it seemed to be working fine, but when we go to complete an order on Parcel2Go we get an address error message at the very last stage. It says that an address field is missing. It’s a particular problem with international orders where not every line that would be expected from a UK address is completed. Is there a fix for this as the plugin is unusable at present.

]]>I get the courier choices on get quote, choose myhermes parcel drop off. When i go to the next stage though to pick the drop off location, or with another courier to book a collection time i get “An Error Has Occurred” with a button “edit and retry”. No assistance is offered as to what the error is and the wordpress is showing no errors.

]]>I only just noticed this plugin even existed. I’ve been waiting for it since forever ?? I hope it’ll really streamline my workflow.
For some reason though the prices of the services shown are completely different than the prices I get shown in smart send over at parcel 2 go itself, is there a reason why that is?
It would also be good if there were a screen that looked much more like smart send where all of the deliveries could be managed rather than going to each order. Is that a possibility in the future?
Another idea would be to have smart send and the plugin on the site talk to each other so that when I send a parcel in smart send or the brilliant new android app, I could hit on the ‘mark as dispatched’ button which currently does nothing (as far as I can see) and it actually updates the order over in Woo commerce with tracking info ( and prompts an email to be sent to the customer with that info.
Also will there be any chance of live rates in the future for customers to select on checkout?

Installed Parcel2Go.com WP plugin and integrated it with the Parcel2Go.com website, as well as added WooCommerce store as a 2nd integration to Parcel2Go.com, however, I was not able to find any Global shipping rate calculation feature anywhere in WP or WooCommerce settings.
So far two integrations, can anybody advise if Parcel2Go.com actually offers rate calculations on the WP+WooCommerce site, an example of rate calculation seen in the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/p67unj

]]>Inside the WP admin area under WooCommerce I can see my order but when I change it to Shipped with Parcel2Go the order disappears from the list. The order status in the database is “awaiting-shipment” I have installed a plugin that allows me to orders with custom statuses but the order is still not showing on the order list page.
Any ideas?
]]>Currently, the plugin looks for “manage_options” and “administrator” capabilities.
Please either reduce this to “manage_woocommerce” or allow a custom user permission level in the settings.
At the moment, “Shop Manager” users cannot use the plugin.
]]>I installed this plugin and had no problem connecting to my Parcel2go account.
However, the plugin only returns a list of 5 suppliers: if I go to the main Parcel2go website, I can get a list of 40, including several that are more convenient in terms of access to the drop-off point or cheaper.
Is there any way to increase the number of suppliers returned so I can see the whole list? Otherwise, I love this plugin and would use it loads!
