It is a question.
Japanese translation is progressing, but when will it become available?
I have set up a shop/cart using this plugin. Users are having issues placing more than 7 line items in the cart. I’ve searched the settings but can’t find anything to determine why this is happening. I’ve tested on Safari, Chrome and IE. The first two will allow 7 lines of product, IE allows 9.
Input would be greatly appreciated!
]]>I’m trying to test the 1.2.6 plugin and get this error over and over again. Sometimes it’s when I click on an individual product from the Shop page, sometimes when I press Add to Cart, sometimes when trying to go back from the cart.
502 Bad Gateway
The server returned an invalid or incomplete response.
I’ve gotten it to go to Paypal for payment, authorize payment, but then when I return to the site I get the error. No payment gets captured.
Tested and repeatable in Safari, Firefox and Chrome on my Mac.
]]>Greetings.
I am quite inexperienced at this. Clicking the paypal button at any point (in the shop, in the shopping cart, or at checkout) takes me back to the shopping cart and displays this error message: “ERROR: Unsupported SSL protocol version”
I have double checked and I am using the correct API credentials.
Please advise.
Thank you.

Hi, this is Channing Martinez, I do all of the Maintenance for https://www.voicesfromthefrontlines.com
We are having a problem in the relm of Aesthetics on the “Shop” page included as part of the Paypal plugin. We’ve input a Letter head on the actual post, and while the post looks exactly how we want it to look in the editor, for some reason, when it is published and previewed the actual list of products is published at the top of the page and actually pushes anything else on the page below. We’d like to find some way to work around this. Your plug-in, in our opinion is one of the top, and most professional in terms of working with a paypal centered e-commerce shop. We want to continue to use this plug-in, but cannot do so if the plug-in does not fit with the aesthetic feel of the rest of the site.

Hi, thanks for this fantastic plugin. It’s a very functional plugin, but i miss a optional feature as Shortcode!
I use this plugin for more than one ordering types:
1. for ordering products and
2. for donations
If i use it for regular article ordering i wan’t use a button like “pay” and than go to a specific returnpage
If i use it for donations i wan’t us a button like “donate” and than go to an other specific returnpage
My question: is it possible to add a extended optional Shortcode like the follow?
i.e. [wp_cart_button name=”Test Product” price=”29.95″ button=”donate” returnpage=”https://domain.com/donations”%5D
So the plugin becomes even more extensive for different uses.
Thank you
]]>I want to suppress the Paypal express buttons on the product, cart, and checkout pages to force shoppers through the website checkout process before going to Paypal. I have all of the options on the Paypal express setup UNCHECKED. But the Paypal express checkout button is still appearing on the three pages.
Additionally, I have UNCHECKED enable sidebar in the general setting, but the sidebar is still showing on the product pages and the sidebar is also showing BELOW the cart and the checkout on both pages.
It appears that I have the correct boxes UNCHECKED, but still displaying unwanted information ie: Paypal Express buttons and the Sidebar.
Please advise. Thank you in advance for your assistance!
]]>I am setting up a small store to sell 2 types of tickets to an upcoming event. So there are only 2 products in the store. I configured the store to only have 2 columns. The store page has some text I added on top, but the 2 products are up against the left side of the screen, way off center, with no margins. It looks sloppy and unbalanced. Is there a way to get the 2 products to be centered on the page?
You can see my store here: https://gunksclimbers.org/gunkclimbers-store/

I saw in the screenshot that I could create color variations but it looked like it created a separate post(item) for the color variation. But when I tried to trash the shop page (after copying over the code for the shop to the established page) 80 more shop pages were created in the next few minutes and they keep growing. I’m having an issue with the sizes of the photos in the Shop, Cart, and in Checkout its an incredibly small thumbnail. I’ve changed the settings in the Paypal Shopping Carts to be much larger (my photos are all 1440 x 810) but it seems to have no effect. I’m sure I may be missing something simple but I cannot seem to figure it out. Any help is appreciated!
