It appears that when I updated to the latest version several days ago the billing address field disappeared when switching from stripe to PayPal during the checkout process in easy digital downloads. This has led to a steep drop-off in sales. Any idea how to fix?

everything is configured, but the buy button only redirecting to the check out if im logged in in the backend.

i cannot find the eror.

Hi,

I just noted that this plugin is not working with the EDD commission plugin. It is not creating the commission record.

According to one of the coders of EDD “The gateway is not properly (at least in some instances) setting the payment status from “pending” to “complete”. The payment must start at “pending” and then be moved to “complete” in order for commission records to be generated”.

Could you provide a temporary solution for this?

With latest version of this plugin installed EDD emails are not sending after a successful payment on Express Checkout. It appears Express Checkout doesn’t use the EDD function edd_update_payment_status but a custom function instead. Any idea why it’s causing the order email issue?

I would like to place a PayPal Express Checkout Button on a page which contains the EDD Cart. Not the checkout page (it works just fine though on the checkout page), but on a page with the cart (included with the cart shortcode). It says in the description of the plugin that it can be placed on product and cart pages as well.

What is it that needs to be considered to make it work (as it does not work at the moment). thank you for your quick help.

I have integrated your plugin and setup paypal pro settings as it is required. But when I am trying to checkout using credit card in sandbox mode its give me every time ‘Currency Not supported error’ Not only with Paypal pro but also with express checkout, Paypal payflow etc..

Can you please let me know what is the issue with plugin settings ?

If I deactivate the Paypal plugin, the media library shows up. Is there any way to fix this problem, so I don’t have to deactivate the Paypal plugin every time I want to upload media?
