Previously the Category pages used to show the list of relevant pages with excerpts and images.

Now suddenly it is displaying all pages in the category in the Category pages.

the Breadcrumb is showing as follows.

Home > Archives For ‘Hindu Religion And Culture’ Category.

Pl find me a way out. I want only list to be shown. Not all pages in a single page.

I’m using it to display pages tagged ‘portfolio’ on a website created with Elementor
At the bottom of each page it is automatically adds ‘Tagged Portfolio’

Is there a way to remove this please?

In admin with pages, it`s showing assigned category but in front page is not showing in category . When write category in URL , showing page not found. I also tested with only your plugin and default theme.

Hello, will the tags assigned to pages via this plugin be recognized by SEO plugins, such as Yoast SEO? Thank you!

When I deactivate the plugin “Pages with category and tag Search for” some of my pages on the site stop working. I get “Nothing Found” notice.

I do not dare deleting the plugin as I am afraid I will lose my pages.

Installed the plugin,did not do what I wanted so I deleted it, now even though I deleted it, it still when I send in a post with postie it sends the post in as a page, not a post, I deleted the plugin, cleared my cache several times, tried different browser, changed categories in the posts area and it still puts the posts inside of the pages, seems like when you delete it it changes something in the core files and does not undo it when deleted, created a real problem for me.

I activated the plug in and it gave me the option of adding a category to the page. However a widget in teh sidebar still only picks up pages in the category and the front page slider ( graphene theme) of the category posts doesnt find the page.
Is it possible to make the pages in a category found by widgets and slider, in the same way as posts

Have there been any reports of issues with this plug-in reseting permalink structure? We have this installed on a very large site with hundreds of pages and have started experiencing the permalink settings being automatically changed back to plain (we have them set to post name usually). It has happened twice now in the past week, seemingly randomly, when a page is saved. We’re just trying to rule out possibilities. Thank you for your help!

Ive downloaded and installed the plugin. Ive made categories for alle pages.

Now some of my URL dosent show correct for an example this one: https://zency.dk/blog/

When i wanna edit in elementor it cannot do that and wants me to go to safe mode. However this is also not possible.

I cannot undo it all by deactivating the pluign. The page still shows wrong and fails when i wanna access Elementor for edit.

Can you help? Otherwise the plugin dosent work for new WordPress versions.

How to add categories/tags to body class?

For posts it is easy: filter add_category_to_single

But for pages?

After updating the Content Control plugin to 2.0 my site crashed with ‘missing callback’ error for a page with tag condition.

I have recently installed the plugin with the Generatepress Theme pro plugin and the Pro Blocks. Tags Works With Posts But Not Pages, I can see the Posts with the Tags are working but not the Pages. Am I doing something wrong / missing something out?

Hi, I have use your plugin to add pages to different categories. When I click on a category a list of these pages is displayed, but they are all in the wrong order, even though I have set page priority in the page attributes. Is there a way to get pages to show the way I want them to?

Hi, I’m very glad I have found your plugin.

I applied categories to several pages. Later I applied a query loop block and it is working with one exception: the query loop shows excerpt descriptions. But since pages don’t have excerpts (I was unable to find the excerpt option on pages so they do not have them, right?), it is showing the first n characters of every categorized page.

Is this something new to you? Is there any easy solution that enables me to edit excerpt texts associated with categorized pages?

I am using your plugin version 0.9.0 under WordPress 6.2.2 with the Blossom Spa Pro and Elementor theme.
When I want to modify some pages including the home page I get an error.
I have to disable the plugin to be able to edit the page.

Hello, when I create a new page I can’t assign it to a specific category as it’s not shown in the sidebar, although the category already created and it exists on page categories.

For example: I want to assign my new page to “New Smart Science” category.
Here is the categories shown at the sidebar when I edit or create a new page:

I noticed that for each new category we create in the backoffice, the plugin creates a corresponding page category that would be accessible through : /category/$slug
Is there a way to access the php template of this page, from Appearance > Theme editor for example?

I’m helping organize a website with a massive amount of information on about 5 topics. I’d like to show the pages on a resources page and elsewhere by page category.

The theme/plugin I’m working with is Elementor’s Portfolio Widget (Pro)

Will I be able to just show pages categorized as parrots on my resources page? Would I be able to have a filterable “portfolio” that shows page categories parrots, budgies, amazons as if they were blog posts? Or is there another similar plugin that is compatible and similar?

as mentioned, I’ve noticed that now same categories apply to both,pages and posts – and it doesn’t matter if I create/delete theme through posts or pages inteface.
Is this the expected plugin’s behaviour? It shouldn’t be, right?
And if so, is there a hook/filter to force the plugin to apply only to pages?

Hello, I see that with your plugin it is easy to assign categories to pages.
My question: Is it possible then to display a list of all pages with a certain catgeory?
i.e. is there a short code or something?
