How to manually bypass the restriction and view the restricted page without purchasing a product. Is there a way to override the restriction for a specific user.

I’m facing an issue where the “/account/orders” page doesn’t show the customers’ orders history. Or any dowloadable links.

If turn off plugin “Page Restrict for WooCommerce” then is works.

What can i do to fix it?

So I have a product that just gives the user access to a hidden page. It’s a yearly subscription.

After the user purchases the product, I would like it to be available to them for the period of 365 days and show up on the “restrict pages” (screenshot here) in the my-account block from woocommerce (or it can show up in a new tab, if putting it in “restricted pages” isn’t possible. Is it possible to make the link to that page be shown there to the user after they purchase that product ID and are logged in?

If this is possible, I’d also like to make it a bit more intuitive so after the user purchases the item I specify, I can display a message (after they log in) on the “dashboard” about what the next steps are (go to “restricted pages”, then etc etc)

When users click a page name in the table in “my-account/restrict-pages-overview” page, it redirects to “my-account” page. This happens only on mobile devices.

Hi, I noticed the members page restriction does not work if a user has a woocommerce order status of ‘processing’ but they have paid for the item. Does the plugin not take into count ‘processing’ status for ‘paid’ items? or does it just work with an order status of ‘completed’?

Hi, I have customers with past orders using a guest checkout from years ago, if they register with the same email address that they ordered when using a guest checkout then will they then be able to see the restricted access? the product ids are the same as when they purchased as a guest too.

I have only recently added this plugin and have disabled checkout as guest, but i need all the past orders to work with the plugin somehow.

Thank you for your awesome work! A customer purchased a product needed to access a restricted page about a week ago, but they aren’t able to access the page after the purchase completed.

I checked to ensure the payment completed successfully, and it did.
I wasn’t able to locate the user or order number when I navigated to the User Overview screen.

Is there a way to refresh the list, or a known fix?

Plug-in is great and working well, but is there a max number of pages that can be restricted? It seems to be around 60. Is there any way to increase that max number?

I found conflict with plugins that displays any post content in the admin area – i.e. WP Docs or Admin Help Docs. These plugins uses “the_content” filter, which is used also in Page Restrict.

In define_public_hooks() there is initiate_process_page() added to “the_content” filter chain, in the admin area too. To properly handle filtering “initiate_process_page()” should have one more line:

Hi, Is there is a way to restrict the page based on variable products? I have multiple variable products and its only showing the same product in drop down Lock by products. for example I have a variable product named free trial and with variable products options trial I and trial II, I want to have separate page for trial I and trial II.

Out of the blue I am unable to restrict pages. I choose a product that should be bought to be able to see the page, I click on save (response 200). I refresh and there is no restriction. I go to the page, it is publicly visible.

Can you please help me out? All my paid products are visible now to the public.

Is it possible to increase the time of access to restricted content by increasing the number of product units that must be purchased for access?

For example: we have a product, the purchase of which gives 5 minutes of access to restricted content. If we buy three units of such a product, how can we make sure that the access time to restricted content increases to 15 minutes?

I tried to experiment with this. Sometimes the plugin ignores the quantity of the product, sometimes it reacts in an unpredictable way.

Experimental conditions: localhost, XAMPP Version 8.2.4, WordPress 6.3.2, WooCommerce 8.2.1

This feature can be used when, to access content, the seller specifies a fee per unit of time (for example, per month), and the client selects the number of months for which he agrees to pay.

Our website has a black background and yellow hyperlink text… Currently, this plugin uses a white row background in the Restricted Pages list under customer account and its nearly impossible to read.

We *could* maybe find it in the plugin stylesheet and change it, but would have to chase that dragon whenever we update the plugin since it would almost certainly erase our modification.

It would be really great if you could either remove the row background altogether so it works on both light and dark backgrounds, following the template flavor of all websites, or add a setting to adjust it.

2. Created a blog post I want to protect
3. Created restriction for the post based on specific product that user bought

Without doing anything else, site crashes to non admin users, nothing specific in logs, only:

As an administrator, I am able to remove Lock by product value and suddenly website starts to work for non logged in users.

I tried to disable most of the installed plugins to find out if there is any conflict but could no disable all.

I tried accessing website from Incognito window to make sure cookies are not the problem, but still whole site crashes, logged in user is OK.

PHP 8.2.10 / Nginx

How to fix?

I don’t know when this became an issue; however, on April 25, 2023, purchases made via card and/or coupon code worked perfectly. After a purchase was made, the restricted pages became instantly accessible to the user.

Today (August 08, 2023) when attempting to make a new purchase under a new user, (via credit card or coupon code) Page Restric does not grant access to the restricted pages. It also does not list them on the “Restricted Pages Overview” on the “My Account” section.

Old users and old purchases still have access to the Restricted Pages.

I have tried deleting and re-installing the plugin and still have the same issue.

I have installed the plugin and setup a product that I want the user to purchase before acccess. A week or two ago when i first tried this it seemed to work as expected.

Yesterday and today, I cannot get it to work correctly at all. I’ve tried a variety of pages and products, and whenever I set something to be restricted based on a product it crashes the whole site such that it can’t be accessed at all. entering the site in a browser just gives a spinning loading wheel. Viewing things through the admin panel, logged in with the admin account is fine, but for everything else the website just doesn’t respond at all.

I’ve tried uninstall and reinstalling the plugin and its just the same. It is very repeatable now and doesn’t seem to be dependent on any feature in the restricted page.

Checking the logs, it seems to cause a critical memory issue.

I do have a question; right now my users get access to the page after I (as an admin) confirm the order. But I want the users to get access after they paid (order still has to be checked, but they already paid). Is that possible?
