I have installed and activated this plugin but the page excerpt box is not appearing. I am using StudioPress Genesis with the Agency child theme. Please help. Thanks.

installed the new version but gives this PHP warning:
Warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, 'my_custom_init' was given in /my-path/wordpress/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 395

[Plugin: Page Excerpt] Some admins can't see page excerpt

We just updated our WP site to 3.1 and now some of our administrator users can’t see the page excerpt field.

I can see it in my accoount, but another admin showed me her account and indeed it’s not there. We tried screen options but there’s nothing to check there.

Any ideas how to fix this?
