No response on support tickets or in the forum or to email.

I submitted a support request with SmartCat because I’m having issues with the licensed version of Our Team Showcase. It’s been over a week with no response from their support team.

I updated my WordPress site to 5.2.1 and it looks like something went wrong with Showcase Pro. My server sent back the following error:

An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 283 of the file https://www.gbfeature.com/wp-content/plugins/smartcat_our_team/our-team-showcase-pro.php. Error message: Call to undefined function ots\get_theme_override()

At the time of this support ticket, the page will no long load.

Please advise.

How can i place the social media icons below photo is there any option to override single member template

We’ve bought the payed version of Our Team for WordPress.
Most things work, but the single page view does not work as expected.
We use the Elision theme. Next to this the WPBakery Page Builder is installed and used. We have a payed erion of both installed.

On the single page view (custom template) the menu is over the content shown. The page is on top.
Also the menu display is wrong, invisible.

All templates for the single post do not work:
Team Member URL Slug does not work as expected. 404 error after renaming.
Popup Card leaves me with a black screen.
and more problems…..

I’ve ‘repeared visual behavior with this:
In the team_members_Template.php:

    background-color: black;
}

And in the style sheet the image for the post is shown 100%. There seems to be an option for this variable in the code, but I can not find this in the settings screens. I changed this in the child theme I made:

.blog_holder article .post_image img {
    position: relative;
    width: 175px;
    display: block;
}

Perhaps i’m missing things. But none of the templates that are provided for a single page view with the payed version work.

Would be a cool addition to this plugin to show if a team member is online with some Online/Offline -indicator on the profile image or profile itself, either by actually checking who’s logged in to WordPress or by manually setting “availability” by user.

Would be great for sites with tech support / call center etc.

I need to be able to insert selected members and not only a whole team.
Is this possible?

Also I would like to have the phone number display and not only an icon that will not helt most people. Would that be possible?

I have selected side panel in the single view and it doesn’t show all the team members in this way. It randomly shows a couple full width. I tried using the widget and short code and it doesn’t make a difference. I have tried with twenty seventeen with no plugins and the same thing happens.
I have requested a repky on my account on the pro page and you have not answered. As I purchased the plugn and the client likes how it lookd I need an answer quickly as they want their site to go live and this plugin is holding things up.

I am using your plugin with the Suffusion theme v4.5.2. With your plugin enabled some of the theme configuration pages are inoperative. Disable your plugin and the theme options are available. Any suggestions other than temporarily disabling your plugin?

Hello, we’re using Grid – Circles 2, and generally happy with it, but the hyperlink to the team member details is only over the person’s name, not the entire photo. This makes for poor usability (pretty much everybody has now told me that the links are not working, because they hover over the photo and click… and nothing happens.

Seems to me that the HREF could be placed just inside DIV.sc_team_member. I don’t want to hack the plugin, for the usual reasons. Is there an override option?

I must be insain. Downloaded plugin, filled in member information, want to paste an image to that member, can’t find anywhere how to do that. No single documentation about that, how do i do that??? Please help

Hello. I have been using this plugin for a while now and haven’t had any issues. I am trying to copy the team members from one site, to a new one but when I export the CSV, there are only about 10 members listed when my site has hundreds being used. Also, when I attempt to import the csv on the new site, I am getting an error that reads, “The file you have uploaded cannot be processed. Please upload a CSV file.” Please help so I can continue to use this plugin with our new website. Thank you!

The attribute “group” has no effect. No matter what I enter there, all team members are always displayed.

I got a problem! I can display a group of users, however it is not possible to see a user individually, because it returns the error 404: page not found.

After updating this plugin today, I can no longer reorder team members. It seems to revert to some kind of default order that is not reflected in the order of member entry nor in the database, where the correct order is recorded.

I recently edited the images for my Our Team grid, and since the edit, the images do not appear at all on the grid. The name and job title, as well as social icons, are still present but the images do not appear.

You have this code in your plugin that loads the common.css file on EVERY page … this should not be necessary, especially when you’re loading CSS that defines a very standard CSS selector like .left

// We need this on all pages
wp_enqueue_style( 'ots-common',     asset( 'css/common.css' ),    null, VERSION );

This should NOT be necessary on every page, and if it for some reason actually is … you should NOT be using standard CSS select classes that can cause problems with other plugins when loading your custom CSS on every page.

Is there a way to show the team member’s job title on their individual post / bio in the free version?

No matter what template I use, there is a problem. Titles are disabled, I can see icons beside the picture while the pointer is not focused on it…
