After the latest WordPress updates my portfolio has completely disappeared! Can’t figure out how to get it back, please help urgently.

I recently upgraded my PHP version to 7.2. When I noticed I had this issue, I rolled it back to 7.1 but I’m still seeing this error.
WordPress is up to date. I’m also using a Genesis child theme.
Has anyone else seen this error?
Does anyone know how to fix it?
If I can’t fix it, I will have to recreate all of my portfolio content.
When playing around with the filter, after a few clicks the images are no longer displayed.
]]>I did place the portfolio on a full-width page. But when clicking on a item, it opens it in a page with sidebar. Is it possible to change this to the full-width page?
]]>I’ve just installed Gutenberg on my website. I received this error when I opened Gutenberg for the first time in my WP admin.

Everything seems to be working but I haven’t tried adding a new portfolio or portfolio items. You may want to look into this.

Each item should link out to the Amazon page, but instead the gallery opens each item as a lightbox.

]]>With the current installation of otw portfolio light it’s impossible to work with child themes. I fixed this problem by finding: get_template_directory() and replacing it with: get_stylesheet_directory()

I would like to see this bugfix in the next plugin update of otw portfolio light.

]]>I have installed the sidebar lite and create one row with the 1/4 columns. All of the columns are aligned “vertically” to the left. I would place my url in this support area but I do not know if it would be acceptable. The site is an event site and it is not offensive. I realize it may be a theme issue but event when I try try to use the firebug css thingy… I cannot get the css to assist. Also, I purchased the pro version but it will not activate on my multi-site. I have my portfolio shortcode in a page called “OUR OWRK”, and that works fine. But when I click on one of the thumbnails and go to the project itself the default page for displaying the posts “BLOG” becomes active in the menu. I also checked the DOM and WordPress places the current style to that link.
Is the same issue described here but I did the test with the 3 default wordpress themes (2014, 2015 & 2016) and still happens. So the cause is not the theme as they answered in that thread.

]]>I would like to use this plugin within Page builder pages but the short code doesn’t work there from within a text widget. I have tried to use my theme’s templates with a sidebar but the portfolio then hogs the entire width of the page as does your templates. That is not desired. My client also wants text above the portfolio. I can hardcode that in I suppose. I do like the plugin. My main issue is the inflexibility of the template. Adding a sidebar to your template obviously doesn’t work because it uses the entire width of the page. Is there any simple code I can use to enable the sidebar. The template i am using is TopShot Pro.

I am using OTW Portfolio Light with Oxygen Theme. As soon as I place the filterable portfolio shortcode into my page the main site navigation disappears.
I was running an older version of WordPress and it was working fine then. I updated both the theme and WordPress to work through another bug which was with Visual Composer and that’s when it changed.
Have tried uninstalling the plugin and re-installing with no luck.
Any advice on getting it to work with this version of WordPress would be greatly appreciated.

I have searched for a long time and tried several things such as cat=-5 in query_posts(), but nothing worked.

I’ve tried lots of changes in php files but none of my ideas worked. The best solution would be to sort them alphabetically by slug-name but showing the normal-name.

]]>Hi. I have created 3 QTW categories. For my page, I selected the Portfolo Filterable theme. When I display my page, I do not see the filter. The documentation states:
“this template will display all your portfolio items. It will add a filter on top of it that will let your users choose items by portfolio category. It will change category listing with a cool animation.”
So how do I get the filter to display?
Is there anyone for our support?? I saw that many support request are without response!!!!

]]>Trying out your plugin. Results look fabulous on my desktop, but on iPad – both Safari and Chrome browsers – the portfolio doesn’t scroll and just gets cut off. Both the portfolio page and the individual portfolio items have the same issue. And I don’t have this problem anywhere else on the site. And suggestions or help would be much appreciated!
