When logging in with account verification on, after authenticating you are redirected to /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
I have created a workaround, at least for people using account verification, and you can find it at FIXED redirecting to admin-ajax.php · Issue #6 · froger-me/otp-authenticator (github.com)
Hope it helps some people!
I installed OTPA and set a few settings on the main page but added Enable Account Validation but did not put a check in the Administrator (this should be checked by default I think). Now I am locked out and it tells me mail was not initialized (or something like that). Now I can only delete the OTPA folder to reinstall but it loops me back to the same once reinstalled – must be a database setting locking me out. How do I clear this?

This occurs after a new user registers through an ultimate member form that assigns a specific custom um profile.
]]>Hello
How do I replace the default form with passwordless login form? Currently, it adds a link below the default form but I am interested in replacing the form. Is there a quick filter for this?
Also, is is possible to prevent any redirection after login? I am interested in using the setup in ajax checkout without any routing.
Thanks
Shiv
