I had some troubles installation the software. The customer service (Sean) was brilliant and found all the issues, they were causing the trouble, for me. It was due an old OSE version I had installed on my server. He fixed it all for me and the response time of customer service was despite of time zone difference very good.

I like the software itself and my pages feel “safe” again.

Can’t live without it! This centrora security plugin is a must-have and provides so much more functionality and ease for securing my website. The UI is fabulous and user friendly, it takes seconds to get familiar with it even if you are new to security. It does exactly what it says it does with no problems what so ever, and I never worried about my site since then.

Would recommend this to any one who needs a plugin like this.

My websites were hacked in the past. I’m not sure what the problems are, but it is hard to forget the painful lesson and the annoying progress of recovering the sites.

Soon after I looked for security solutions and found Centrora. I have since used it on every site I have and I will continue to do so for as long as I have sites to protect. The cost is slightly high, but it covers all the features and even more. And it keeps delivering new features and advanced techs.

does absolutely nothing after it scans and tells you there are viruses on your website.

It just displays the number of viruses and the only link is one to their website telling you to pay for it.

avoid this scam plugin.

After trying for months to clean up some serious hacking on my website and after using a couple of free malware plugins I finally bought Centrora and now wish this was the first thing I’d done.

The plugin and firewall is great. I’ve been able to identify where hackers have been accessing my site (as usual though vulnerable plugins!) and remove these plugins.

I had some issues with my website hanging with the malware scan (because I had the minimum RAM for my website!) so the support team took over and scanned for me and removed the malware themselves.

The support these guys have given has been nothing but first rate and they have helped me over and over to improve the security of my site and remove any malware from it.

None of the settings pages is loading (well it’s written loading but nothing happens) and settings are not saved in scan configuration page (it says wait few seconds and after 10 minutes it’s still “saving” with nothing happening.

Well unusable at this time (at least with 3.7 version of wordpress)

p.s: my server has al lit needs to handle this plugin

This plugin optimally complemented WordPress by the strategy “protection through prevention”. Just as I would expect from the developers, who I have known for years and from the Joomla! counterpart.

The code is state of the art, the support is friendly, very fast and competent. I particularly like the sustainable strategy of ProWeb. Note: The configuration should be done correctly. Especially the SEO settings.

Note also the following: Each user should receive just as many rights as he is required to run his duties. This same applies to files and directories. Unused PHP functions, WordPress plugins and themes should be disabled or deleted. The prevention is completed by regular backups of database and files.

There was a lot of fun translating the plugin into German, to help other users trying to get clear faster with the many settings. This is a must-have plugin for each WordPress driven website. Keep up the good work!

I liked this plugin, but the latest release this horrible, does not install correctly, when you install does not configure properly, and today (14/09/2013) requested to upgrade again to version 2.0.1, when I was already in 2.0.2 and sorry for the bad English, I used google translator

Before version 1.5, it used to be a good little WAF.
The current updates blocks me from my admin, add 3 more tables (!!!) to EVERY site in a network and is just a lot more invasive as it should be.

I love this plugin! It does exactly what it says on the tin! When you install and configure the firewall you will be surprised at the amount of times your website is being probed and attacked. It’s definitely a must for any WordPress user!

There are several firewall plugins out there for wordpress, but few are really effective. Most trigger false-positives.

This plugin however has detected and prevented attacks on my client sites several times.

Ok everybody let’s face it – WordPress rocks! However, we all know it can be vulnerable to security issues. There are a ton of security best practices that you should be implementing to keep your site in healthy working order and OSE Firewall is one of the first and easiest to impliment!

I run a small business consulting firm online, and I’ve been doing SEO for my site for about a year. That means I’m ranking for important keywords, and that means I’m a target for lots of “have-nots” in the world! Just today, I got a denial of service attack, a javascript injection and a PHP backdoor attempt! All 3 – in one day!

Yet – OSE protected me, kept that hackers out, and even sent me an email notification to let me know what was going on!

I would pay for this service but it is totally FREE! WOW! You guys are my heroes and I will tell everybody about you! Keep up the amazing work. Let me know what I can do to help! ??
