I have found the following two database tables in my WordPress installation. They look like they are left over from a previous installayion of this plugin. Can anyone confirm that is the case and that I can safely delete them?
* wp_osefw_files
* wp_osefw_status
Does anybody know if the vendor provides free support to premium version? (I am not talking of support through Free Internet message boards like this or FAQ)

I know when you have a lot of visits the website can crash, but that time the message is directly related to your plug in and the OSE Firewall. Here is the message I saw instead of my website :

]]>Is it possible to set a “Do Not Cache” option in Centrora so that WordPress caching plugins (like WP Super Cache) will not cache the blocked pages?
If a blocked page is generated by Centrora, there is a risk that the caching plugin will cache the BLOCKED page html (e.g., an Error: 403 code page) and then begin serving that blocked page to ALL site visitors, even if they are not from a blocked country. Not good!
Do you have any advice? Thanks!

We had problems when moving servers last month.
The admin backup/transfer function in Directadmin partly did not work because of Centrora security.
The domain backup was made including the mysql backup, but a super user was needed to restore according to the error notice.
So from customers using Centrora, the database was not restored and we had to do it manually by importing via phpmyadmin or via console, which brought extra work which should not be the case.
Why is Centrora tempering with the database so backups made by the server admin via the controlpanel, can not be restored the same way?
This is a Centrora problem, users witout Centrora don’t have this issue and the issue also does not occur when Centrora is removed.
Can this be fixed? Or is this already fixed in Centrora 3.3.1?

Hi, I’m not able to install OSE through the dashboard. I’m getting a 500 error at the installation stage and not getting any further. I know OSE isn’t tested as compatible with WP-3.8.1, but I did have it successfully installed in a previous attempt, so I know its possible for my setup.
I’ve tried a number of times to install directly from the dashboard using the internal search, and I’ve also tried installing by uploading the zip file from my computer, and in both ways I get the error and the plugin won’t install. It seems to me that there might be a problem when the zip is getting unpacked by WP.
I’m not having any troubles installing any other plugins.
Any ideas why this might be? Are there any settings or server configurations known to interfere with installation at such an early stage?
