Emails have not been sending when a new post is published. Nothing has changed on the server side of things. Just updates to WordPress.

Is it possible to insert the content of a blog post in the email? I am wanting to use the email template to forward blog posts which people have subscribed to. i.e not just be redirected to the blog but actually have the content in the email.

This function doesn’t work. I choose my CSV file hit submit and nothing happens. No addresses are added to the subscriber database.

How do I prevent OSD Subscribe from sending a notification if I make a CHANGE to an already published post? I tried setting the visibility of the post to “not visible”, then made the edit, then changed it back to “visible” and hit the update button, but the plugin still sent out another notice. The only thing I can think of now is to temporarily deactivate the plugin, then make my edit, the reactivate. Is this safe? Will I lose my settings/subscriber list?

I hardly have any experience in css or dealing with short codes. I installed osd subscribe and applied short code in the wordpress website home page. I am trying to improve the look and feel of the email text box and subscribe button but not able to call the class in stylesheet.css.
the short code is:[osd-mc-form id=’osd_mc_forms_1′]
How can i call this in css to reflect something like this as below. I tried div#osd-mc-form-wrapper but its not working.

On my subscriber list nearly 80 subscribers are not active.. What does that mean? Is that they are not going to get the emails or I have to manually activate there email subscription somehow.

Hi,

I have created an unsubscribe form and selected this as the page to redirect to however the link looks incomplete, like there is a number missing and I get redirected back to home page.

I don’t seem to receive any unsubscribe notifications either. Could you assist. At the moment I have removed the short code for the
{unsubscribeurl} and added the shortcode for the page so it doesn’t look like anything is wrong however not sure how to keep track of who has unsubscribed. Wondering if you could assist.

Hi – I am unable to add a URL for confirm and unsubscribe pages? There is no input fields like the other options, it just asks you what you want them to be without the ability to input your URL! Can you offer any assistance? When I test subscribe, I do see the confirm link adds the parameters and successfully confirms in the backend – but it only takes the user to the homepage of the blog.

I am having people subscribe to my blog via my OSD Subscribe plug in but only the people with outlook/hotmail (microsoft) users are not receiving the emails therefore they are not confirming subscription and I am not having active subscribers. Please help!

When somebody click in the unsuscribe button they get unsuscribed fully from all the categories… isnt it? why not do it per category or both?
