The MSG91 settings are missing template ID so it won’t work now. there is literally no support for the premium version I am now regretting buying it no refunds at all.

I have seen many attempts at utilizing OTP for a more secure website but this is the first plugin for WordPress I have seen that accomplishes just that in a unique way. The tutorial videos provided are so thorough that there is no reason that someone cannot do this as a non-coder.

I was so relieved at how responsive support was when I had a problem getting it setup. I integrated the plugin with a Zoho CRM webform with additional JavaScript, which I didn’t think it would work for me, but it did. You say “This plugin has been tested with WordPress default theme Twenty Nineteen along with the top 12 forms plugins( with their versions available at the time of release ) and works successfully” but completely missed Gravity Forms; probably the top WordPress Forms plugin, but certainly the top premium WordPress Forms plugin. Why?
Without support for Gravity Forms, this plugin is useless to many thousands of WordPress websites.
