I’m using msg91 API and done with all setup. All looks fine and I get the message that otp sent but I’m not getting any SMS.

We use your plugin for phone verification using OTP method, I have added twilio credential in plugin, so I think OTP is sent via twilio, but I don’t see any log in twilio, please advise.

Let me know, does OTP message store in twilio, because it is sent from twilio.

Orion OTP has been a great tool but Why You guys are not updating this plugin. You should maintain and update it. In total wordpress plugin directory no such plugin is available with this type of capabilities, You should maintain and update it, You can make this plugin a premium one but you should maintain it.

It looks like the settings allows you to set up one form. What if you have multiple forms on several different pages? How would this set up work?

We were using Orion OTP plugin for last 6 months and we haven’t face any issues. But Suddenly from last month customers SMS getting wrong ORDER TOTAL by order processing SMS alert. Ex: If order total is 107 and customer is receiving order total as 112. When I do little digging I feel that Its adding the VAT into total two times and giving wrong info in SMS. In our portal and email from Woocommerce having the right order total and only from SMS order total is wrong. Can you help us on this ?

I have a Woocommerce site setup and using Formidable Forms for login and registration. I have the Formidable API plugin. We are building an iOS app and want to add user authentication (login, register) to it.

If I add your plugin to the website for 2FA is there a way to access this via WP REST API. I know how the regular auth works with WP API but not sure how the 2FA would work with it.

When I choose option to CREATE MOBILE INPUT FIELD – No and provide by custom input field name to backed option its stopped working and otp is not sending . But i choose the CREATE MOBILE INPUT FIELD – Yes Its working fine. Its basically a register form in myaccount page. We are using this plugin with Contact Form 7 and we have purchased OTP plan from MSG91.

When I configured 2 forms (One Test form & one Contact Us form) it worked but when I added it to other multiple forms, now all forms shows alert “Enter the mobile number” where I have already inserted Phone number.

I am new to this plugin but as i am seeing on woocommerce login form there is option to reset the password using the sms otp. Is it possible to let user choose between the email and phone number to reset the password?

How can a user be redirected to a page based on role once successfully logged in. ?
