We just started using Oribi on our Woo store. The installation was seamless and I had a question about email campaigns and spoke with Maya on their chat support . She was prompt to respond and super helpful – even tested out my UTM for me. Love Oribi and the customer support it comes with!

We connected the Oribi plugin to our site over a week ago, stats are being collected and presented very nicely. However there is no revenue tracking. Have been back and forwards with Oribi support for a week now, with no solution to the problem… how can you provide an analytics package without revenue tracking??
