I have Organic Widgets and Organic Widgets Pro installed on my WordPress server, but the plugin (if it’s intended to) never created the template that’s referenced for creating a page. Is there a way to manually add that template?

With version 1.4.14.1 of the plugin and Organic Purpose theme version 2.6.2 we cannot activate either plugin or theme if either one is active first. The site is completely broken at that point and has to disable the plugin via SFTP to get it back up.

We use the Organic Builder Widgets Pro (Version 2.1.14) on our website. We noticed that we can no longer use the plugin while editing/adding the pages on our site. For example, if we want to remove the Slider from the homepage and we go to Page Editing Screen, we see no blocks or settings related to Organic Builder Widgets which used to be working totally fine about 2 weeks back.

Then we noticed the error logs and found a lot of similar entries:

Hi there, is anyone else having issues with aligning builder widgets? For example on the homepage of my clients site I use the Featured Product widget (among others from the builder package) and before I could use the “content alignment” to align the content left, right, center, top etc etc, and now it won’t move past center. Whenever I try to click to align the content left (which is specific for one of my clients), it does nothing. It does not register the fact that I’ve asked it to sit left to align the content for my needs and it does not move away from the default center.

I have the widget plugin installed on two of my clients sites as we use not only your plugin but Organic Themes templates and I can not see what has happened to mean that aligning the content in these widgets no longer works.

Please note I can not put a specific link up to the sites this is happening on. One is a staging site for a client as we get ready to move this new look to their old site (one reason why getting to the bottom of this is very important) and the other is a high profile client so I wish to protect their identity.

I’m unable to edit, delete, or add Text Rows in the Organic Pricing Table widget.

In the Inspector, you can see that there’s an error:

Our Organic team member widget looks great, except when you first load the page our team members names are hidden underneath the pictures below them. When you drag the browser around, the pictures are re-sorted and the titles come out of hiding. You have to do this a couple times to make every title visible.

Would this be something having to do with the underlying code? Or is this something I can change with the widget preferences?

I have been testing the builder widgets on the website I maintain (falaise.ca). I can use the Widget Area block to create a widget area on an existing page.

I would like to be able to use the widgets on my localhost system so I can test things before deployment. However, when I insert a widget area block and hit “Customizer View” I get a message saying that URL /wp-admin/customize.php was not found. I’m using wamp64 and the file structure is www/falaise/wp-admin/customize.php.

It would seem that the widget area block is not aware of the “falaise” subfolder.

I have not encountered any similar problems when developing on localhost.

We installed your plugin as we wanted to purchase but when adding links in the organic feature list section, the following error appears:/

I am using the organic profile on one of my pages. I was working on the English version and it worked fine. Then I saw there is a last release of the organic widget, so I upgraded (1.3.17, I don’t know the previous version number). Afterwards I worked on the French version of my profile, and now I cannot add an image. Clicking on “select image” sends me to the home page.
Coming back to the English page and clicking on “change image” sends me also to the home page. I didn’t dare clicking on “delete image”.

I am using Organic Subpage to display another page with a form. If I put a background image on the subpage (using the Organic Widget) the text color changes from black to white when the page loads. This flows through to the form so when people type in the form its white and invisible. If I load the page without it loading as a Organic Subpage it loads as expected.

Is there anyway to turn this colour changinging function off?

I’ve used the Organic Team Members to showcase three members on our main page (mind you, the page is still under some construction). Is it possible to remove the links in the excerpts?

I only need the information to show in the excerpt, so I don’t need it to link to the underlying post. Is it a way for me to remove those links? Keep the text though, just remove hyperlinks.

I’m using Organic Builder Widgets to customize my site.

When using a widget like Organic Feature List it will allow me to instert 1 file, then, when I go to instert a second or third it will clear all my progress.

I have attempted to publish after the first file and it will save it, but when I go back to enter a second file, it clears my progress, including the already published file.

I effectively cannot add files to my site anymore.

When I switch a page to the “Organic Custom” page template, the current WordPress page content area disappears.

Can this be fixed somehow so that I can still edit the original page content? I currently have the Organic Custom page setup to show a “Organic Hero” widget on top and then the “Organic Subpage” widget beneath, but now there is no way to edit the page content.

I’ve been searching through different support threads and I have tried various CSS code but I have been unsuccessful in removing the text “Leave a Comment” and icon from my blog posts on my Natural Lite theme WordPress site. I’ve unchecked “Discussion” boxes in settings but the text and icon are still there.

I’ve tried a plugin that disables comments but it doesn’t remove the text and icon from my posts.

Do you have any suggestions or a CSS code that may work in removing the “Leave a Comment” text and icon from my blog posts?

How can I increase the margins (empty space) between the widgets on my homepage (Welcome page)? I am brand new to building any kind of site so I am not very familiar with much of the terminology. i’ve got a site using Block Lite theme and WPML to handle 2 languages, the main one and an english version.

i’ve tried adding the Organic Hero widget to the homepage, but it only appears on the site main language.

on the corresponding translated page, the message “This page has the “Organic Custom” page template applied. Begin Adding Widgets to the page within the WordPress Customizer.” appears.

clicking on the “Adding Widgets” link brings up the Customizer, but with the page in main language.

Block theme does not seem to be WPML on the list of compatible theme either:

I don’t know if this is theme or plugin (conflict) related but thinking it’s plugin.

I have install the plugin “Organic Builder Widgets” which works very good. But after activating the plugin I have problems with the javascript and get the error:

“Uncaught ReferenceError: wp is not defined” at organic-widgets-public.js?ver=1.2.14:84

If I check the object with “if (typeof wp != ‘undefined’)” at the plugin script, everything works fine, but that’s not the solution that I imagine.
I hope you have a better solution for me, which is safe at plugin-updates.

Instead of just bypassing the backend page editor, do you have plans to integrate this plugin with the Gutenberg editor interface?

I had to put in some custom CSS when using a dark background picture on a hero page that had the Jetpack sharing buttons. It turned the font white.
